Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc):
Hello,
I am musician and Sound Engineering student in Poland. My interests are sound design, foley and general audio related topics. Do you guys know what foley technique is? Every sound you hear in a professional movie apart from dialogues is recorded in foley studio. For example when I prepared my portfolio of some gore shooter game I used many vegetables to imitate broken bone / decaptitation / mutilation / eviscration effects. It is really fun and cool when you record and try to sync broken carrot to brutal bone breaking. :^)

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
There are few builds mainly PvE and PvP with some exceptions (Kin'Garoth)
TIER 1: Blind Fury. There is no other choice since our t21 is based around Eye Beam - that simple.
TIER 2: Demonic Apetite. Again our t21 is based around Eye Beam. There is a chance that we spawn a Lesser Soul Fragment. With our artifact trait we reduce cooldown on Eye Beam each time we consume a fragment. More Eye Beams = more DPS.
TIER 3: Chaos Cleave. With no t20 bonus and with more mastery at the end of expansion a CC simulates higher that FB.
TIER 4: I play mainly with Netherwalk, but it is up to a personal preference. I like netherwalk, because it is great to avoid certain mechanics and an additional "OH SHIT" button.
TIER 5: Nemesis. It is really close to Momentum, but for pure ST Nemesis just simulates higher. Momentum is nice for Fortified M+ with huge pulls and AoE heavy fights.
TIER 6: Really close tier. Demon Reborn lets you cast Eye Beam instantly after casting Metamorphosis which can let you cast another one during Meta for small DPS increase. Unleashed Power is really good when there are targets not immune to stuns - in M+ it is top tier talent that also lets you proc Sephuz even more and use stun whenever you want for emergency.
TIER 7: Demonic - We focus on Eye Beam with t21. Metamorphosis is super strong. More Eye Beam = more meta = more DPS. The only exception is Kin'Garoth fight where you pick Chaos Blades that gives you an additional super stron CD that lines up perfectly with every add spawn and lets you do really massive dmg in short period of time.
How do you prioritize your stats and why?
Crit > Mastery >= Haste = Versa.
It may look like that, but with top end gear we slowly reach soft cap and stat weights drastically change with each new gear piece.
What state is your Artifact in?
79 - DPS
78 - Tank
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?
Basically I play the game while reading class Discords and using resources there and check logs of every mythic boss fight and check top talents for fight.
Paste a your UI via IN COMBAT
(Ensure that all Key Bindings are visible)

As you can see I keep track of every Raid CD, every external, every CR and every interrupt to make sure everything goes as planned and if not - make calls according to situation and using resources that we have left as raid group.

Raiding History:
I started raiding seriously in Legion after I moved my DH from Arathor/Hellfire to Draenor where I played in several guilds and eventually created my own where I was Raid Leader/Officer. Before that I was able to raid Heroic only on Hellfire.
Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
9/10M Nighthold Raid Leader
10/11M Antorus Raid Leader
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
Limes Inferior - Hellfire - I was there since WoD. It was small guild on small server and it was polish guild. We raided Heroic. It was impossible to create solid raiding team with such limited resources. I was aiming a LOT higher, so I moved to Draenor.
Taunt and Run - Dreanor - I merged with group of people with some guild on Draenor we started mythic Nighthold, but the guild broke, because of different skill level, attitude and goals in game.
After that I joined polish guild Orda on Draenor, but the Raid Leading was very poor. The best performers decided to leave and to join a guild I was creating with few people.
That is how I ended being Raid Leader/Officer in Fortress on Draenor. We started progress few months before end of NH and ended 9/10M and last phase on Gul'Dan. I had to take break from WoW during ToS and came back for ABT where we reached 10/11M.
More Information:
Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes.
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
Yes.
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes.
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
I know what a good and healthy raid group requires and what are the problems it faces. I am multi tasking person that was Raid Leading at Mythic level difficulty. I have positive attitude even in harsh and hard situations like multiple wipes since that is the key to the success and keeping morale high.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
I always try to master everything my class provides. With my Demon Hunter I tanked Varimathras as MT and High level M+ 21-23.
How do you feel about progression raiding?
That is the reason why I play the game - finishing hardest content while it is still relevant.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
I played on Hellfire/Arathor for years - there is no way I could not hear about you guys!
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
My ex-future-main - Warlock is still on Arathor and I would like to play with people that have the same attitude and goals. I believe Curse of Years is that guild!
Do you play outside of raid?
3,8k Raider.io mythic plus score. I stopped playing few months ago, because my mythic plus group fallen apart and pushing higher with PUGs is frustrating.
2060 rating last season RBG experience, 1960 Current Rating pushing even higher. I started playing RBGs just last season and it goes really well for me so far! I play as Flag Carrier and Damage Dealer depending on composition.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
I am not the kind of person that does only log on during raid nights, but the person that plays PvP, mythic+, loves theory crafting, researching information, analyze logs and do basically anything that comes to my mind to make the raid fight easier for our group. That are the few reasons why I ended up playing as Raid Leader in few guilds.
I would love to go on Mythic farm with you with my Demon Hunter, so You can judge what kind of player am I.
