Well, my name is George and I work as 'Corporate Communications Manager' for The Walt Disney Company in Russia. This job involves lots of activities in different areas of the Disney's business, though it is quite rewarding in terms of positive emotions and feeling of achieving something what really matters. Outside of my career I love to spend my time with my charming daughter and beautiful wife, as well as with crazy friends ;) Gaming is my hobby since my childhood. Through the course of my lifetime I was a leader of eSports organization, which dominated StarCraft 1/2 scene in Russia for almost 10 years, was a part of hardcore raiding guild in WoW and Lineage 2 and lots of other things. All in all, I enjoy gaming with nice people and friends when I have time and my girls are sleeping ;)

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
My talents choice is always dynamic depending on encounter, equipped legendaries and type of content: raid or mythic+ dungeons. All in all, I always to stick to the best possible setup for the maximum output.
How do you prioritize your stats and why?
As for the current Frost DK meta, stats are weight are also very dynamic. I sim my character with every new piece of gear I get so that to be sure I'm equipped with the best possible combination of the gear.
What state is your Artifact in? Frost: 77 - Unholy: 75 - Blood: 75
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?
I'm a proud member of Death Knight Discord. Since I know perfectly well all aspects of the class inside out, this channel is actually the main source for precise tuning of my character.

RAIDING HISTORY
Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
I started raiding since Wrath of the Lich King. I got several 'Cutting Edges' in Warlods of Draenor and Legion. I'm always strive to close the content while it is current.
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
I was in many guilds and only few of them survived the transition towards new expansion. It is very pity that nowadays it is quite difficult to find a guild where you will play for many years consecutively. To name few:

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes, of course! I will be able to deliver almost 99% attendance.
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
Yes, no problem with that as well
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
I'm more of a person who listens more and speaks less
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
Loyalty, Determination and Focus --> Key elements to achieve success in progression raiding
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
I can play my off-specs on the same competitive level as my main spec.
How do you feel about progression raiding?
That's actually one of the key reasons I play this game - I love it. Progression motivates and brings feeling of satisfaction
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
I got a message on WoW Progress from the Guild Master in which it was stated that you are recruiting and might consider a good Death Knight for your core raiding roster. I decided to give it a shot!
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
It seems that you are a well-organized guild, which plays this game in own pace, whilst getting nice results in terms of progression. Will be happy to be a core part of it.
Do you play outside of raid?
Of course. Especially I love farming high keys in Mythic+ Dungeons.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
I'm currently resides on Ravencrest as Alliance. Transferring to another server and making a faction change - it is a big decision for me, not only from the financial point of you, but also lore & faction wise. Hopefully, if we decide that our cooperation might bring good results in all aspects of the game and eventually this decision will made, it will be really great if I rarely see myself sitting on the bench during the raid times. I'm here for raiding and achieving results, not for jumping around in my Order Hall waiting for the invitation ;)
