Curse of Years Application form.
Remember your application is the first impression we have on you, be as in depth as possible on all areas of the application.

General:

Your Name, Age, Gender and Location:
Emil, 19, Male, Sweden

Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc)
I recently left school and am taking some time to decide my next step. I am planning to go to Uni after ~1 Year of work experience,

I have been playing wow since vanilla. Also enjoy playing some other games in my down time (Overwatch, CSGO, Diablo etc.)

I only played hunter because my guild at legion start wanted me to play my hunter as they wanted someone they could rely on, in the odd job role.

Character Information:

Battletag:
Arasham#21470

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:

Tier 1 - I take Master of Subtlety for ST and weaponmaster for AoE/cleave, because it pulls ahead when there are 2+ targets.

Tier 2 - Both Nightstalker and Shadow Focus are viable, however Nightstalker is better for burst damage, which makes it better for priority adds and such,

Tier 3 - Deeper Stratagem is the only viable talent.

Tire 4 - Both Cheat Death and Elusiveness are viable, and i will be using both of them depending on the situation. Cheat Death is great for soaking mechanics, and elusiveness can be used to reduce incoming damage by quite a bit.

Tier 5 - CC Tier - All talents are viable, depending on what kind of cc the encounter needs.

Tier 6 - Dark Shadow is the go-to talent, as it gives us really good burst damage.

Tier 7 - Death from Above is the best option for pretty much all situations, and it scales really good with gear, since our mastery increases the damage of our finishers.

How do you prioritize your stats and why?

Currently my SIM’s are showing Crit > Verse > Mastery >> Haste, however in higher Gear (or with Leggy shoulders and/or Bracers) my priority will change to Mastery > Versa > Crit >> Haste.

What state is your Artifact in?

52 now, having only put effort in from this week.

I plan to get concordance on off specs (currently 44 assa, 33 outlaw) Incase off specs become needed. Then push my sub weapon

Raiding History:

Tier 17/18:
Inferior >Enlightened - Dragonblight
My first raiding guild was Inferior who merged with Enlightened during Highmaul, we raided on a 2 Day a week schedule:
1/7 M
3/10 M
13/13 M

Tier 19:
Enlightened - Dragonblight
EN 7/7 As a 2 day guild we weren't really able to maintain pace on such a short instance but cleared as TOV landed.
TOV 2/3 We struggled to put the time in to TOV but got 2/3 before Nighthold dropped.
NH 10/10, unfortunately some drama caused the raid team to disband after gul’dan.

Tier 20
Lucid - Kazzak
ToS 1/9M, guild disbanded because of too many people leaving the guild.

More Information:

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
Yes
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes

What qualities do you bring to a Raid?

I am a reliable raider who is able to bring solid DPS while being constant at mechanics, In my previous guilds i was the hunter assigned to all the (interesting?) Jobs

How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?

Assa - Is really easy and would be fine.
Outlaw - I haven’t tried the new outlaw yet but sure i could learn it if required.

How do you feel about progression raiding?

I have always liked progression raiding, and i am always trying to challenge myself to do harder content.

Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?

My acquaintance Balue is a member and when he found out my guild disbanded suggested coming here as he really likes it and thinks i;d fit in.

I had a short chat with Nag and Alo and seems like a good guild.

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
As above, Also i am looking for somewhere that can offer steady raiding with a strong team of nice people, Balue tells me this is the place

Do you play outside of raid?
Yes, a bit too much probably.

Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
As mentioned i know Balue from my previous raiding guild. And want to thank you for taking the time to read my application,

Tell us a joke:
Balue’s attempts to be a monk healer LOL
