I swap my talents around alot for each encounter and or depending on if the encounter is progress or farm.
Same goes for my choice of legendaries.
The main talents i swap around are the following:
Tier 1: Brambles for the extra dps / Blood frenzy for the extra rage (more iron fur)
Tier 3: Feral aff. for extra movement speed mainly for trash/farm content / resto aff. for progress raids extra heals internally and being able to off heal is always great.
Tier 7: Rend & Tear / Pulverize depends on choice of legendaries and or survivability again. If I use legendary legs I go for rend & tear, and other combo then PulverizeHow do you prioritize your stats and why?
Again this varies highly on the encounter, for progress raids id stack stam i can get 9+ million which can be extremely usefulfor certain encounters fx. Mythic Spellblade solotanking the add for fel-lash or Titch when taking the seeker swarm.
Stacking legendary boots (for extra quick healing over time) is a rather insane combination - with on use trinkets for that extra damage mitigation.
For other encounters stacking versa/mastery is by far the best choices for consistent mitigation.
For farm content I tend go all out on crit, and haste like 35% crit and 17-19% haste.

Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
Tanking since vanilla, and cleared Molten Core when it was new content.
Raided all expansions except MoP: Babies diapers n'shit came in the way!
Really came back in the middle of WoD and cleared heroic, and mythic content towards the end of the expansion
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
Aggramar:
The Phoenix Reborn: (GM): => left to form a mythic raiding guild on Aggramar
Mythic Seagull patrol (Officer) => left to Kazzak hoping to get a better player base
Kazzak:
Cryptic: (GM) => Guild collapsed due to major difficulties recruiting
Ragnaros:
Echelon Current guild: (Raider) => Haven't left yet but guild is collapsing so I'm looking for a new home!

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes I can 21.00 is great, since my kids are in bed by then
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
Yes and I'm fine with that.
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes, being a tank speaking is crucial in terms of calling out for externals etc.
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
I'm calm, focussed, and really great at seeing the big picture. I have a great sense of humor and love the banter on voice coms.
How do you feel about progression raiding?

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
Current guild is sadly collapsing, and I tend to be really loyal unless forced out due to stuff like guild collapse etc.
Do you play outside of raid?
Yeah I do, however not much was happening in my last guild. But I tend to do what I can when I can outside raiding be it WQ's, PVP, Weekly dungeons etc.Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
