For the fights I have done in HFC i havent seen a reason to switch out the glyphs, you may teach me if im in the wrong! X)

Well for instance on mythic Highcouncil it's good to have crouching for the reaps, and if you don't use rogues on Kormrok it would be good aswell, I like never fail on the first five fights so mostly i prefer posthaste. (Now i jinxed it) xD
For the level 45, i guess if there were an instance where i would need healing without having a healer around i'd use Exhilaration, I can see that it could save me.

Opener: Stampede - ChS - Rapid fire - if more then 2 targets Barrage - Aimed shot
Rotation: Kill Shot off cd - ChS off cd try to get it to cleave on two targets if possible - Barrage if more then two targets - Aimedshot Spam spam, switch to high health targets for the Careful Aim unless you have a specific target to attack.

For cd's, i try to time them with the ring, it's usually used when people are supposed to pop cd's, like on iskar adds, gorefiend feast phase and so on.

For guides, its usually fatboss guides, if they arent out i check some ptr footage.
Also if something is unclear i ask.
I usually need a few pulls to get used to the new tactic, but i would consider myself a pretty fast learner and I understand it can suck to take a new person that doesnt know how you do stuff.
If i get accepted i will go and watch your kill vids and check out guides of all of your farm bosses and also check what is new in the fights i havent done.

Thanks for your answers, we will now conclude this bit long app and give you the answer (sorry for delay but having two apps extend the whole process a bit) tomorrow tops.

Cheers,
