Character Related Information

• What spec you'r playing and what you can tell us about it (inc. talents, glyphs, most important usage of your abilities)?:
Restoration Druid:

Stat Prio: Int -> Mastery = Haste -> Multistrike -> Critical Strike -> Versatility -> Spirit

easoning:

Intellect. Primary stat. Addition to spell power which increases the power of your heals.

Haste. Lowers GCD and general cast time of your heals.

Mastery. Due to harmony mastery add's two additions to your healing.
a) It will increase your direct healing.
b) Self-buff (Harmony) will increase ALL of your periodic healing for 20 seconds.

Over-all HARMONY up-time you must aim for as close to or as high too 100%.

Haste and mastery are very statistically on par. Both dependent on play-style. You want to try and balance these two stats in accordance too each other.
Haste = Higher mana demand build. Mastery = Lower mana demand.

Stat relevance too benefits :

-Rejuvenation: This ability scales with both haste and mastery.
- Wild Growth: Leans more towards mastery in terms of what stat will effect this most.
- Efflorescence: Scales with both - dependent on which way your stats scale if your more towards mastery 100% would be most efficient and same with haste.
- Lifebloom: Haste
- Healing Touch: Mastery
- Swiftmend: Mastery
- Tranquility: Mastery

- - - -

Gem/Enchants/Consumables:
Gems to be used:
- Mastery Taladite (+35): In gear that you will be replacing/if you do not have the gold/resources.
- Greater Mastery Taladite (+50)
Enchant usage should be:
Neck - Gift of Mastery
Back - Gift of Mastery
Rings - Gift of Mastery
Weapon - Mark of Shadowmoon

Foods:
(+75) - Braised Riverbeast / Fat Sleeper Cakes
(+100) - Sleeper Surprise / Savage Feast

Flasks
(+200) - Draenic Intellect Flasks
(+250) - Greater Draenic Intellect Flasks

Potions
Potions are pretty simple.
Mana return potions untill further on/mana isn't an issue.
Mana potions consider of:
- Draenic Channeled Mana Potion - 51k over 10 seconds.
- Draenic Mana Potions - 34k per 'pot'

Pre-pull and later in progression you will switch too:
Draenic Intellect potions. This can be particular useful with HOTW at starts of fights when HoTW is applied/selected.

Glyphs I use:
Glyph of Healing Touch - Boost to healing output.
Glyph of Rejuvenation - Works in alignment to healing touch glyph and also boost to healing output.
Glyph of Wild Growth - Improved group healing. (Raid glyph)

Optional:
Glyph of Rebirth
Glyph of Regrowth

Talent choice:

15 - Situational; Feline swiftness for an over-all and consistent movement speed but usually this would differ between the three dependent on fight. Wild charge can be used as an extra stun on a target if needed or a disorientate.

30 - Ysera's gift is overall more powerful/useful as it's a nice passive healing that is useful and effective in a lot of fights.

[The other two are simple situation: Renewal being able to give a large burst heal but is generally less useful and less healing overtime than Ysera's gift. It can not be used to heal others; just yourself. Cernarion Ward is a great alternative to avoid burst damage, this talent is most helpful when you can plan ahead for burst or incoming damage.]

45- Totally situational. I run with Typhoon for most of the time as it provides a knock back which can 'interrupt' enemies.

60 - Best talent IMO is Incarnation if you have a decent % of mana, otherwise treants are the way to go as they do not use any of your mana so if your running sub -750 spirit *cough* they are a nice little out-put whilst you are running round oom. Incarnation offers bursty and additional survival. [This is in relevance due to as it stands due to having to be the hybrid and not running alt/main runs - a compromise is had to be made with gear making me run with 600-700 spirit.]

75- Situational once again.

90 - Nature's Vigil or Heart of the wild. Heart of the wild is a good CD when you are able to pair it with Blood lust or tranquilty. On a 6 minute cooldown this is one of the longer CD's possible but with the increased healing for 45 seconds for 35%.

100 - Germination boosts the effectiveness of rejuvenation allowing two to be placed on the same target whilst also offering a boost in duration.

There are no healing rotations in World of Warcraft; you just need to be 100% sure on encounters.

Single player healing
Base abilities to be used:
Rejuvenation - Strong heal! (HoT)
Lifebloom - Lifebloom procs Omen of Clarity; Keep this up! OoC = free casts on regrowth with no mana cost. This could be very useful during progression. (HoT)

Healing touch for low -> Moderate damage. (direct heal)
Swiftmend for moderate -> High damage - only works on targets with an active regrowth or rejuvenation.
Regrowth - Avoid using, use mainly with OoC procs. This can also be used pre-heavy damage periods IF using glyph.

-- Remember during encounters to keep up "harmony" buff. This can be tracked through self-buffs! Mastery self-buff. Much love!

AoE Healing
-Wild Growth - Primary AOE heal, costs a lot of mana so be very resourceful with this!
- Wild Mushroom - This is your secondry focus. Keep this up as MUCH as possible. This will do a lot of your healing if you are stacked and also can be placed on melee for a constant healing throughout.
- Genesis - AoE Burst healing. ALthough this is a costly spell you have to remember in conjunction with germination can be VERY over-powered.
Read tool-tip! "Consumes all of the Rejuvenation effect(s)" -- multiple!

Raid Cooldowns and utility
-IronBark - Use as a major defensive upon players to recieve a -20% damage reduction for 12 seconds.
-Nature's swiftness - not really a CD but can provide a burst heal equal to a mini-lay-on-hands, can be used in joint with glyph of rejuvenation and healing touch. To reduce cast time and to be able to be used multiple times throughout a fight.
-Rebirth - This should be on your bars at all times. It is a combat res!
- Tranquility - Raid AOE heal, does not longer add a tick on to the end of this cast, hence scaling higher with mastery as it stands. Also to be/can be paired up with Tranquility. No longer effected by Soul of the Forrest.

• What stats are you prioritizing?:
Haste = Mastery -> Multistrike -> Critical Strike -> Versatility -> Spirit
• Where do you acquire information and knowledge about your class?:
MMO champion, Class based websites and also by theorycrafting/speaking with other healers.
• Paste your UI via (REQUIRED):
Although this is my shamans you get the idea; this is basically the same:
Image

• Link to your raid logs using LINK:
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/character/7074285/latest/

I know there are major flaws with my logs and I can do 100% better than this, this is just due to 1. Over healing encounters, 2. Raid leading at the same time and also due to lack of "enthusiasm" towards the team I was raiding with.

• Share your guild history as well as reason for leaving them and your current guild ?:
Orb of Souls - Argent Dawn
This once again, when I was unable to make full raiding schedules I stepped down to social raiding with a friends guild to both help them our with having an additional healer and also to help them our with their guild in general to push the guild further.
This sadly ended with the officer team (previous one) stepping down and ended up with me being left single handledly to push the guild forward (due to other officers having IRL commitments and did not put much effort into the guild whereas I put it before my work as I thought letting a team of people down = not good!). We attempted to merge with another guild in order to bolster numbers but a lot of complaints from members as they felt the guild would not be an equal match, therefore -- called it a day as I did not / could not put any more energy or time into pushing the guild forward with no back up/constructive feedback in order to help.

Pieces - Grim Batol
Progressed through Highmaul with these guys, loved the guild, loved the people - just sadly got my job as it is at the moment and was unable to attend with full raiding schedules so stepped down to be a social in the guild.
Still in the guild as a social but nothing more.

Filthy Casuals - I came about this guild through a friend who was previously struggling in SoO. I offered to help with their recruitment and help with Raid Leading, this resulted in me becoming an officer and taking from there. As 'progress' started in Warlords the GM and a co-officer got flagged for 'input towards the guild', as they were not doing as others did - they weren't farming heroics, doing CM's or doing anything infact. This made raiders very edgy.
Due to me being RL and officer, after a dispute with the co-officer who was slacking, I decided that he had taken it to a personal level rather than actual play therefore left the guild. When I left: People followed - thus the creation of this guild 'emerged'.
The guild recently disbanded after 2/7M when views on raiding and desires became conflicting between raider, some wanting to go further - some happy just if bosses died. On this basis with no compromise being able to be made without destruction in the guild itself. We called it a day.

- - - - - - - - -

DarkStorm - Zenedar Relating to the above. During my period in this guild it came a point where I was unsure how much time I would have with raiding and warlords in general. I stepped down in pursuit to help my friends guild as they did not have a tight schedule that I would possibly have commitment issues with (not knowing at the time). I personally felt that if this had been an occurrence where it would have effected raiding, it would have not been fair to continue raiding being a hindrance to progression. At this moment in time as well I was also a Staff member of OpenRaid (Horde EU - Raid Leader and Support Staff.)

- - - - - - - - -

Malorum - Silvermoon During my time in this guild, I met some amazing people and some not so much. The over-all raid quality of the guild was very relaxed and it came to the point people who were under performing significantly were NOT replaced nor disciplined. I did not find this fair nor enjoy the prospect of 'carrying' others or to execute things correctly whilst others still reaped the rewards of those who went away and took the time to look into encounters, come prepared and generally do as was needed.
The GM of the guild was also exploiting OpenRaid which put me in an awkward position due to the fact his behavior was against terms and policies and behavior towards people in general was that of which you wouldn't even treat the lowest of low. It was disgusting. He ended up getting banned on the website and did not like the fact I would not un-ban him as 'I could'.

- - - - - - - - -

Behemoth - Stormrage Out of all the guilds I've ever been in, this was my 'home'. Sadly this came to an end due to the guild disbanding and the economy on the server crashing. After this guild I went to help another friends guild; but this was nothing serious nor was I a raider. I helped out when they had no-shows and generally took a 'break' here.

-- Although it seems a lot, it isn't in terms of how long this is and reasons for movement. I am seeking a home guild where I can stay and stick.

• Describe your past/current raid experience:
Vanilla / TBC / WOTLK : Sadly I did not play during this time. At this time in particular I deemed everyone who played World Of Warcraft a basement dwelling virgin with no life. Who would have thought?

Cataclysm - This was sadly my starting tier. Clearing all content on heroic difficulty with a few nerfs (DS).

Mists of Pandaria:
Tier 14: MSV : 5/6 HC - HoF - 4/6HC - TOES - 2/4 HC
- During this period during progression, I had a friend die close to me. So could not put my whole heart and soul into raiding therefore, did not complete fully during current content but went back during tier 15 and finished what I had missed.

Tier 15: 13/13HC - Including Ra-den

Tier 16: 14/14HC on multiple characters and also due to the length this tier was out - a lot of experience on alts farming and also alt play.

Warlords Of Draenor.
Tier 17: 7/7M.

This tier will be the only "actively raiding tier" of which I will not obtain cutting edge achievement.

More Information..

• Raid times: Can you agree with our raid times 21:00 to 00:00 Server time (UTC+1 also Sunday for extra raids)?:
wednesday, thursday, sunday, monday
• Teamspeak: Can you use SPEAK and LISTEN to Teamspeak?:
Yes
• You and us: Would you be willing to modify or change your spec to assist the guild?:
Yes
• What our guild can benefit from your class and yourself as a player?:
[[ Will put this here but have spoke to YSE about attendance and arranged a meeting on Sunday evening in regards to this when you guys are available]].

Someone who is willing to play more or less whatever (but prefers and is stronger healer/druid).
Someone who doesn't just log for raid.
Someone who isn't a complete tool.
A none-pyschopathic player.
Someone who avoids drama
... and finally a team player who plays for raiding. Not to sit in their garrison AFK (providing work schedule allows me to raid. I would always be up for raiding time!)

• What is your attitude towards progress/what motivate you in WoW?:
I enjoy motivation in the game of like minded competant people who enjoy raiding and also enjoy doing things outside of raid time, be this alt play - just having a laugh or doing old content.

My motivation is progression, I don't play for gear nor am I that bothered about it aslong as it is done fairly.

• Why would you like to play with us? What we got that others don't?:
You guys seem to have good progression and also a casual progression rate (by days and times). Its something that would fit my time schedule (more than likely) and also from what I've been told you have a mature and friendly atmosphere/player base - which is good.
• Do you play outside raids or log only for them?:
Whenever I am able to be online to be honest, hence I have so many alts >____<
• Anything to add?:
Nope. I'm sure I'll add/we'll discuss more information/stuff on sunday. As said I'd drop this in so you are able to have a look over things.

These tiny boxes suck also! So hard to write a lot when you can only see your first couple of sentences, so if I've left anything out, I do apologize.

• Tell us a joke:
Err....
Thinking of skipping work? Don’t try these real excuses—they didn’t work the first time.

• My false teeth flew out the window while I was driving down the highway.

• I quit smoking and I’m grouchy.

• My favorite football team lost
on Sunday, so I needed Monday to
recover.

• I received a threatening phone
call from the electric company and needed to report it to the FBI.

• I got lost and ended up in a
different country.

They feel safe to join knowing that you'll be kept away for the most part.

Hi Riaa,

Sadly we are unable to offer you a spot that will make you feel joy of raiding currently. We are sorry for very late answer, but our full focus right now is on Blackhand before 6.2. We will keep your app in mind when 6.2 starts if you will be still looking for such.

Cheers,
Y.
