Character Related Information

  • What spec you'r playing and what you can tell us about it (inc. talents, glyphs, most important usage of your abilities)?:
I will start about my choice of talents and why.

Tier 1 - I use speed of light, his burst speed movment on demand is really needed on some situation in Highmaul like Brackenspore moving from tides, Pillars on Tectus, Blaze on Twins. Long arm of the law req judgment that is not used in this tier, passive abillity from Pursuit of Justice can be used on fight's like Butcher.

Tier 2 - I use Fist of Justice, his 5 sec stunt is very helpfull if tank loose agrro on some adds or you need to be saved by some add. Something like adds from Tectus etc.
Repetance cast time is not really usefull and I try to avoid it same with Bliding Light long CD.

Tier 3 - This is most arguably tier of Holy Paladins. Sacred Shield is mostly passive game style, giving 3 charges on 3 players, mostly 2 tanks plus 1 player that will get dmg soon (Soaker on Butcher or Koragh). Eternal Flame is more reactive play style and his HoT effect that is transfering to Beacon target is making this talent my most picked one. They change Eternal Flame spell power, before you need 3 HP to give target full power of Eternal Flame, now he heal for full amount with whatever number of Holy Power, just extending duration with higher number of Holy Power.
Sacred Shield is more AoE healing and you almost have no control over it coz you only use Light of Dawn.

Tier 4 - Tier 4 talents can be used for every fight almost, depends what ur team need.
Hand of Purity can be used for hard DoT like breath from Brackenspore.
Clemency can be used on Butcher where u need to use Hand of Protection on 2 range soaking jump, or when tanks need longer Sacrifice.
Unbrekable spirit is good when u need shorter CD's on your Defensive spells like on Koragh or double Lay on Hands for shroom on Brackenspore.

Tier 5 - I use Sanctified Wrath coz extended time on "wings" can make u save whole raid and tanks on Butcher. Holy Avenger is maybe even better talent but his timing and a bit longer CD don't stick to me. Only good I see in that is demanded help that can be given by Sanctified Wrath .
Divine Purpose is not wanted talent coz it's compleatly random, sometimes it can save your whole raid with procs and sometimes it won't proc whole encounter.

Tier 6 - I mostly use Holy Prism coz of short CD and healing output I can even heal MDPS if they are spread abit around boss and don't have to be stacionary..
Lighting Hammer is good for smart aoe healing if u have stacked raid, like Brackenspore during Infesting spore.
Execution Sentence is more single target healing and that is main reason why I avoid him.

Tier 7 - Beacon of Faith is only real talent in this tier. Healing another tank passive is great plus, and beacon can be placed on person who is recive more dmg then tank, like soaker from Koragh.. And mana back from beacons are making HPala only considering healing tanks.

About there is more choice so I will name ones I most use.

Glyph of Merciful Wrath - Reduce CD together with power of "Wings", but more active healing is way more needed then big burst of healing.
Glyph of Hand of Sacrifice - Make us not take any damage from Sacrifice. Common used with Clemency
Glyph of Divinity - Using on mana stress fight like Butcher
Glyph of Flash of light - Spamming tanks became mandatory in WoD and getting 10% buff from glyph preatty handy.

    Usage of my ability:

Holy Shock - Using on CD
Crusader Strike - If I am in melee so I can generate HP
Eternal Flame - 3 stacks on tanks and 1 stack on all others
Holy Radiance - When there is Aoe Damage
    Light of Dawn - Same
    Holy Prism - On CD
Flash of Light and Holy Light is used for healing raid members.
Hand of sacrifice - Used for tanks when they need to reduce incoming dmg.
Hand of Protection - Used to mitigate pyshical dmg.

I am open to discuss about my choice of talents/glyph etc.

  • Share your guild history as well as reason for leaving them and your current guild ?:
Till February 2014. I was raiding on alliance side EU-Ravencrest, guild The Dark Embrace, he fell apart in January and one of officers in Conviction named Cloud asked me to make app for them and I got recruited by conviction late February last year.
I had 1 break for 1 month coz of serious medical problems that needed to be solved by hospital treatment. Last month I had disagreement with same officer Cloud and his opinion that my medical status slow their progress down was the last straw and I just wanted to go out of that raiding team.
I am still there as Casual but I still want to raid, just not with man who can put raiding and game infront of someone real life..

  • Describe your past/current raid experience:
I started raiding in ICC and done few bosses on HC 25, if I remember correctly it was BQ.. After that my medical condition started to evolve so I had a break all too DS, made to clear it on normal and 4/8 HC bosses,
Real Raiding started in MoP for me.
I done MSV, HOF, ToeS full clear on normal and few HC kills, before ToT came out.
Throne of Thunder - 12/13 HC Before SoO
SoO - 14/14 HC way before mythic nerf
    Highmaul atm is 6/7 Mythic

More Information..

  • Raid times: Can you agree with our raid times 21:00 to 00:00 Server time (UTC+1 also Sunday for extra raids)?:
    wednesday, thursday, sunday, monday
  • Teamspeak: Can you use, SPEAK and LISTEN to Teamspeak?:
    Yes
  • You and us: Would you be willing to modify or change your spec to assist the guild?:
    Yes
  • What our guild can benefit from your class and yourself as a player?:
Holy Paladins can give one of the most important raid wide CD. Devo Aura, one of the bigger plus that we have a lot of external CD's for tanks and other raid members, mostly for casters.
I consider Holy Paladins one of the best tank healers in current tier.
What raiding team can benefit from me? I am active player with high attendence numbers, persistent player, willing to help and listen any criticism from players that are willing to help too.

  • What is your attitude towards progress/what motivate you in WoW?:
I am really competative person in real life and I transfer that to game. Rush and abillity to achive something first /better/faster is giving me big motivation to raid and try harder every time.

I can make jokes in free time, but I love to focus and raid seriously.

  • Why would you like to play with us? What we got that others don't?:
I am in search for serious guild with near progress I have. One of my friends is here on your trial and he asked me to look over CoY if I consider raiding again.
I also saw my ex colleague and previous Holy Paladin Rhapsody.

  • Do you play outside raids or log only for them?:
I mostly play in morning and night every day, I am mostly on therapy afternoon or asleep. But I play at least 5-6 hour ler day.
  • Anything to add?:
Only sketchy part could be extending raids more then 12PM. I don't preffer raid after midnight, I can extend it sometimes but not all 3 days per week.
  • Tell us a joke:
How do you know someone's been playing since Vanilla? Don't worry, they'll tell you.

Hello Santi, we are sorry it took us this long. But you are very decent player and we spent a lot of time considering your application because we were trying to find the way to fit you in.
Unfortunately we failed in that and we are not able to squeeze another healer at the moment mainly due to the fact that we have 5 healers with 95% attendance.
if you want, keep in touch with our actual recruitment, I am sure you would be no-brainer at the moment we would be looking for another healer.

Good luck and have fun meanwhile
