Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc)
I work as software developer for financial company, mostly coding in C# or JavaScript (React stuff mostly) and sometimes SQL. Outside of gaming I read a lot of books or play football. When it comes to gaming besides WoW I enjoy mostly openworld games like Assassin's Creed, The Elder Scrolls , etc. or older RTS.

I played mostly Shaman and Priest this tier so paladin is little bit neglected, but I'm looking forward to return back to playing paladin in next season and Dragonflight. I'm adding armory links to shaman and priest below.

What strengths do you feel your class currently brings to the raid?
A lots of utility abilities:
- Aura Mastery which is in my opinion one of the best (if not the best) healing cooldowns in the game.
- Blessing of Protection as "extra dispell" for debuffs which can't be displled otherwise or to immune some of the mechanics.
- Blessing of Sacrifice as strong external for tanks even though it's usage may end up with unexpected result.
- Blessing of Freedom as either to grant some extra speed with conduit or to immune some movement impairing mechanics (like Denathrius intermission between p1 and p2).
- Lay on Hands as great "oh shit" button.
Secondly a lot of pasive damage while not sacrificing healing.
And also immunity.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
I'm terrible at tanking so prot is no go for me. I occasionaly play retribution for WQs and sometimes in m+ if other healer don't feel comfortable to play dps spec, but I have no deep knowledge of the spec. I prefer to play other chracters instead (more about this at the end of application).

Raiding History:
I started playing in late 2015 with group of guildies from Star Wars: The Old Republic (there wasn't any content to do for us) and we did AotC in HC HfC and with adding some more players also 5/7M in Emerald Nightmare. Due to constant problems with player attendance guild eventualy merged with Saviors-Drak'Thul, at the same time I took break from WoW for several months because of school.
After returning back to WoW just few weeks before Argus patch came out (zone, not raid) I remained as casual until BfA release.
In BfA I started raiding with Saviors first as resto druid but rerolled to monk after Zul. In Uldir i got my first CE and to this day I consider G'huun as my favourite end boss.
Going into BoD there comes Opulence - players dying to easy mechanics,some healers clearly not capable of outhealing damage and 100+ wipes while not making it to p2 single time resulted in a lot of arguments and toxicity and guild disbanded.
Following short break I joined Atom-Raganros where I remained until it disbanded last month and honestly the guild was amazing. First boss with the guild was Mekkatorque and later we norrowly ended up with Jaina CE (it was already preseason week with essences already available). With Atom I managed to get few more CEs in Nyalotha, Castle Nathria and Sanctum.
After Atom I joined with Aeon Remnants on Tarren Mill where we made it to late p3 on Jailer but all hopes of successfully finishing tier were crushed on Sunday when few members got into argument resulting of gquit on one side and gkicks for other side. Overall raiding atmosphere wasn't what I hoped for thus can't see myself to ramain there for next tiers.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes, very close to 100%, in past 3 years I only missed 4 raids - 2 due to vacation and 2 because of being ill.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
I was messaged by Nagassh on wowprogress and also former guildie from Atom, Dream, who's already in CoY encouraged me to apply. Also raid days and times are very well fitting for me, pretty much what I'm used to from past 3 years and by looking at raid history your pace of progress is what I'm looking for. No lesser reason is that 2 former Atom raiders are now here too (Dream, Fourdy).
Do you play much outside of raiding?
At the start of season pretty much whole my freetime to get as much gear as possible, I usually even take few days off the work just to grind m+. Deeper into season it depends a lot how interesting the content is or how bored I'm with other stuff.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
I mentioned above at the question how comfortable I'm to play offspec that I play other classes instead. Almost all the time I maintain at least 2 healers (this season it was shaman and priest) while being capable to play them at comparable level. Also my hunter is most of the time at decent gear level. Overall while I'm applying with preference of being holy paladin I'm open to play any other healing class.
