I'm 31 and i work for Virgin Media, i'm generally online 6 - 1 GMT most evenings either playing lol or diablo usually.
I quit playing wow about 2 years ago after not enjoying the game anymore. Pandas are just silly! I have recently found the bug to play again thanks to Gawain and the expansion so far is looking superb.
Own 2 houses and been living with my gf for 5 years now, Have 2 husky's called Elsa and Looper
Big fan of League of Legends both playing and watching.
i'm just looking for a home to start raiding again. I would be willing to play another ranged dps class apart from a Balance Druid.

Glyphs are just for qol really nothing helpful apart from the chimera healing and deterence mitigation.
1st tier shorter cd on disengage/deterence pretty mandatory
2nd blinding shot for the extra cc
3rd dmg reduction
4th extra dmg on my aimed shot.
5th is a choice between which which spec your playing at the moment all talents are viable
6th can be either barrage for aoe and glave for single target.
7th lone wolf is far ahead of the other 2 right now for marksmen. but all are viable depending which spec is being played

some bindings are not shown like f4 which is dps pot and 4 which is masters call. i also swap tranq with binding shot depending which fight we are on.

Do not have any report as there is no current raids available. I only did flex/heroic runs with you guys and that was always on my shaman as a healer.
Can you play your Offspec? can play any spec as good as each other.
Yes i can. I'm a little rusty on BM but survival and MM are top notch, I can play most dps classes to a high level and some healing.

Your previous guilds (and why you left):
Echo 2 Years Role - Class Master and Raid Leader - Hunter Night Elf Played.
My reason for leaving is due to the fact that I don’t see LK HC going down for some months. Is this giving up? Yes it is in a way but who doesn’t want to better themselves. I sat trundeling along trying to push my current guild forward but I can’t force others to take as much pride in raiding as I do. If wow didn’t have raiding I wouldn’t play so I left and got accepted into Insignificant
Insignificant- Elemental Shaman Raider
To be honest the guild atmosphere has changed since I joined. Its not what I signed up for and a lot of people really are jerks to newer members which had joined the guild on trial and left promptly after. This is something I don’t really want to be apart of anymore its not fun for me to see others abused
Numen - Elemental Shaman Raider - Awful atmosphere and raiding 6 days a week with very little progression at the start of Cata. wiped 80+ hours conclave heroic as a example
Epoch - Balance Druid - raider to eventual raid leader - i was here for 2 years but found wanting my hc raiding back as my time would allow it more as i was off work ill for about a year so i left to go else where so i left at the end of the cata expansion
Method/Immersion - trialed with Method during all the beta for MOP was set for a place in the team, however at the time i was playing balance druid and one of there old members imsupersdw came back so i couldn't get a much play time at the start so i decided to look else where again which brought me to immersion. Enjoyed my time here but left shortly after the first tier due to work commitments and went back to Epoch.
Epoch was the last guild a raided with since quitting 2 years ago. Left due to not enjoying the expansion.

Cleared every instance at the highest tier with the exception of throne of thunder and siege of orgrimmar

I have no issues re speccing to help the guild out. I have full respect for my fellow raiders and to this date have never started a argument with anyone that is not Gawain. I show respect to the entire server I am on. I don’t guild hop and not a loot whore. I care about downing those bosses. Loot is just something that comes with doing that and helps you get the bosses on farm. Strategy and teamwork is the first steps towards killing any boss next comes via good leadership and communication.
My focus is to be the best. I can play any class with great precision I play at a high level I think you will provide me with.
i assure you I’ll give anyone a run for their money on any fight current and upcoming. I don’t know what else to say so I hope you consider taking me into your guild.
Progression is my main focus. There is nothing else in the game for me other than killing that boss u have wiped on for hours. (or hopefully not)
If you know me id rather raid all day than do anything else. I don't like anything else in the game which maybe sad however I take pride in being the best raider i can be that’s what gives me hunger!
Ill also say playing with players that don’t learn from mistakes. The guild I was in never finger pointed or ear bashed any player that constantly screwed up.
I will give 100% attendance unless IRL issue pops up

What is your attitude towards progress/what motivate you in WoW?
Love progress that's what drives me to raid again. You cant really get an experience like killing a boss or clearing the tier for the first time in any other game.
Do you play outside raids or log only for them?
Pretty much going back to when i last raided i was online as much as i could really. Really enjoy leveling alts so that's what i do with my time when there is nothing more to do in the game that would further my main.
Why you want to join us?
The reason i am wanting to join you guys is you fit my needs very well. Good progression whilst still only raiding 3 days a week.
:: Additional Comments / Questions ::
You only look for exceptional players and I wouldn’t be even wasting your time if I didn’t think I was up to meeting your expectations and even surpassing them. You get out the same treatment as you put in. Giving 100% just isn’t enough sometimes you have to reach a little deeper for that something extra.
I want to be challenged/pushed forward and kept on my toes. Working with better raiders will only make me a better player.
