General:
My name is Aleksander (Alex), i'm 31year old and i'm form Latvia but living in Norway for last 5years
Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc)
I'm married with a wonderful women and we have a baby boy (he is 15 month old)
Love ppl and love to help them. Playing guitar.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
hope will get my legendary shoulders soon but right now i'm using next set of talents.
for Single target: [Way of the Cobra] [Stomp] [Bestial Fury] [A Murder of Crows] [Killer Cobra] (bosses like [Trilliax] [Krosus] [Star Augur Etraeus])
for multiply targets [Dire Stable] [Stomp] [Blink Strikes] [Volley] [Killer Cobra] (bosses like [Skorpyron] [Tichondrius] [Spellblade Aluriel])
and mix set up: [Dire Stable] [Stomp] [Blink Strikes] [A Murder of Crows] [Killer Cobra] for bosses ( [Chronomatic Anomaly] [Grand Magistrix Elisande] [Gul'dan])
but it's depends on guild tactic; this set up was fine for my current guild, but will tell you later why i want to leave them.
How do you prioritize your stats and why?
i'm using simulationcraft after geting any upgrade so it;s always updated for single target and for multiply targets.
What state is your Artifact in?
BM=54 MM=54 Survival 47
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?
reading forums, watching guides and from my own experience.

Raiding History:
i started playing Wow since Pandaria and was a bad player on that period of time. But had a good progression in Draenor

In that period of time we was waiting for a baby to come so had no time to raiding. (he was aborn 13/12/15 so aproximatly i stopped at november)

Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
I was in 2 guild total:
1st WTF (Whisky tango fox) we had a great time together but they just stopped raiding and i had to look for another guild there i'm right now for last 2years
2nd guild TOO (The Obsidian Order)

Why i want toa leave TOO. They are slowing me down. I'm one of the best player there so i don't have any chanse to grow and raise my skills there.
Don't want to waste time on wiping at hc bosses. and we have more regress then progress :( but i was faithful to them for a long long period of time. My friends push me to find another guild so i'm here looking for a new home.
Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Of course.
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
yes. and would like to help you with progression
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
yes
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
I"m very open person who is willing to learn and who is willing to help other ppl if they need a help.
How do you feel about progression raiding?
Some times it's can upset myself if i see ppl failing at same thing over and over again.
Wiping is a normal raiding process.+
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
MY good friend form previous guild told me about you

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
You are a solid guild who has a great progress in the past so i'm sure you will do great in the future and i want to stay in that guild!
Do you play outside of raid?
i'm playing only WoW,
