Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them: My talents are the standard balance druid raiding talents, there are some alternate choices wich i will take depending on the situation, i can go into more detail but most of these are pretty straight forward.
How do you prioritize your stats and why? I follow a balance guide from a guy called Gebuz, here's a quote from his guide:
Haste >= Intellect > Critical Strike >= Versatility > Mastery
Do not sacrifice more than 5 ilvl on any armor slots.
Get haste where possible.
Avoid mastery if possible.
Keep crit slightly above vers.
What do you think about Artifact and how important it is for your spec (traits etc)? In general i dont feel the balance traits are very significant beyond level 23 wich is where i'm currently at. The power of goldrinn and Moon and stars golden traits are very strong where as the Echoing stars trait is very underwhelming, even when mass AoE'ing.
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class? MMO champion, Gebuz balance guide, Streams/videos and general talk amongst other players.

A heroic run i was in with Mythical honour. Mind you first fight was close to unplayable due to lag.

Describe your previous/current raiding experience: Prenerf raiding experience from what i can remember (memory a bit rusty):
Firelands 6/7H Dragonsoul 8/8H First MoP tier all except shenlong+Sha H, Throne of Thunder 14/14H Siege 15/15 H+M
Highmaul 6/7 M Blackrock foundry 9/10 M, HFC 13/13 M
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them: Long history starting with Umbrage back in Cata, i raided with Conviction through all of MoP but with alot of minor breaks due to IRL issues. In WoD i raided with Conviction untill we disbanded at wich point i joined Azys on alliance with my mage (Arcaned) and managed to squeeze out a server first archimonde. When Legion closed in i me and some old Conviction members decided we wanted to raid again and formed Grind with me as Guild leader.
I left Grind as a raider partly due to some disagreements with the rest of the management aswell as some other issues i rather not discuss. (They moved the guild back to Conviction aswell)

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance? yes 100%
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it? Yes
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak? Yes
What qualities do you bring to a Raid? Very good raid awareness, fast learner, always well prepared (arguable), can be vocal and help with calls if required.
How do you feel about progression raiding? It's what i play the game for, i have no issues wiping 500 times on Cenarius if i know everyone shares the same idea and will to kill him.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild? I know alot of people from Conviction aswell as the people i played Overwatch with (Cadzki).
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years? I thought about it alot and you guys seemed like the percect fit, i heard the raiding atmosphere is very good, calm and mature. The fact that i know alot of people in the guild (socials included) is a big deal aswell.
