- Your preferred raid role and any offspec.:
My preferred role is DPS, but I have tanked on other classes in the past such as monk, druid and DK. My spec's on my warrior are fury and arms dependent on fight.

- Pick two encounters and describe which talents and glyphs (and possibly spec) you use, and why.:
As an example for Arms on a single target, short burst fight such as Reaver, the 2nd boss in HFC..
Assume always that I use the Glyph of unending rage since it's a baseline for the additional rage pool it provides;
For reaver as Arm's I'd glyph Bullrush, which grants additional rage from charge Executor glyph (killing an enemy with execute grants 30 rage), which is probably the only viable choice here. I could also use sweeping strike's glyph but the uptime is so minimal on this fight that it's barely worth either.
As for spec for this fight, I go with Sudden Death, Storm Bolt, Avatar and Siegebreaker. Purely since Anger management hasn't time for a sub minute fight to make any substantial affect.
As for the execution as an arms warrior on a short duration fight like this, all personal CD's are saved for sub 20% of the fight, this includes the legendary ring, which means I either have to pre-pop the ring outside the instance or outrange the person in the raid using it at pull. All of this so that I can get the ring when it benefits arms the most, sub 20% execution phase. This also means that I don't pre-pot on reaver so that I can get pot up during CD's.
Another example fight as fury as my best example is mannoroth. Sadly an RNG fight, as an RNG spec.
Glyphs used here are Raging wind (sounds lovely lol), which causes the next cast of whirlwind to have 10% increased damage after using raging blow and rude interruption, which increases damage done by 6% after interrupting a spell cast with pummel. Both these glyphs are a viable dps increase. I could also glyph enraged speed, which would be beneficial on this fight, but personally I prefer the interrupt glyph.
As for talents on this fight I go with Sudden death, Dragon Roar, Bladestorm and Anger Management. The reasoning behind these choices are as follows;
Sudden death as a baseline is the best talent choice for fury for all fights. Dragon Roar since there is cleave potential every time it is off CD. Bladestorm because it is extremely strong against the Imps and Anger Management because it enables the use of abilities such as bladestorm and dragon roar more often and also brings them off CD for every Imp spawn. - How do you prioritise your stats?:
For Fury I prioritise into Crit>Mastery on my gear, but I enchant for Mastery. There is a haste softcap, but with the class trinket that is not worth mentioning. After that the rest of the stats are then > Multistrike> Versatility. Mastery is extremely strong, but it is heavily reliant on crit for it to be of any effect. If bloodthirst doesn't Crit then you rely on your berserker rage to enrage you to activate your mastery.
For arms with current 4 piece Mastery > Critical Strike. Otherwise without the 4-piece Crit > Mastery > Multistrike > Haste > Versatility. Mastery is stronger than crit this tier because of the 4 set and 2 set bonus causing Mortal strike to have a chance to be reset via ticks of rend. Mastery directly increases the damage of Colossus smash, Mortal strike and execute. - Where do you acquire information and knowledge about your class?:
Theory crafting, various sources, many warrior friends who chat about encounters, talent choices execution etc. - Paste your UI via IN COMBAT.:
There's more to my UI in Raid combat, I have various weak auras and timers. I use standard raid frames on the left side of my screen above my chat area. - Link to your raid logs using LINK.:

Please note, on fights such as kormrok, my ranks are hugely lower than the top percentiles, purely since in myst we stopped doing green pool first some weeks ago and since go purple pool first and single target zerg the boss down really quickly. Some other bosses also such as killrog, i've not been inside on my warrior to get the damage buff/do huge bladestorms on the imps inside to rank, instead we don't send anyone inside any longer. - Describe your past/current raid experience.:
I've raided end game content since the end of Cataclysm. I raided with Ryna back then for some time.
I've killed all bosses since, with relevent cutting edge achievements on all bosses apart from Sha of Fear and Blackhand, but had progress on all of those. Blackhand sadly I didn't get the FOS simply because I had a short break from WoW 'till HFC landed.

Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Sunday - Teamspeak: Are you comfortable with using voice communications when necessary?:
Yes - What qualities do you bring to a raid?:
I'm very friendly, vocal and able to pick up and play any class in the game quickly and to a high standard. - Share how you feel about progression raiding.:
I'm used to it, been doing it for several years and find enjoyment in learning encounters. - What are your faults in relation to raiding?:
It's hard to say where my faults are, I hate failing and try my best not to, but no one is perfect. - Where did you hear about us? What encouraged you to apply?:
I heard about COY from Ryna, I've been friends with him since late cataclysm. - Is there anything else you would like to say?:
In case you are wondering why I am looking for a new guild, it's since my current guild has had some huge changes, merge and what not and I don't like the way the guild is heading.
I hope to hear back soon. - What do you get excited about (non WoW related)?:
Outside of gaming I'm into cars, motorsports, extreme sports etc. I also play CS:Go and other various games depending how the mood takes me.
