Iron reaver heroic: As it is a single target encounter, and with my current gear, i pick up the following:
T15: Long Arm of the Law: each judgement increase speed, which is quite good for dodging stuff
T45: Sacred Shield; to reduce damage taken.
T60: Depends on what is best for the raid, clemency to help raid or unbreakable spirit for enhancing self survivability
T75: Sanctified Wrath; more HoW usage ==> higher single target damage. ( could be swapped with DP based on gear )
T90: ES: best for single target.
T100: FV ( as per current gear ) , will be swapped to Seraphim with 4xTier.
Glyphs: GoTV for less damage, GoHoS: damage reduction for tanks/healers. GoDJ: could increase dps on bomb phase
High Council: Most of the tenants will remain the same, apart of the following ( if targets are close ) :
T75: DP for 4xT18 . RNG tenant however when it procs, this mean more Divine Storms/FV, which mean more damage
T90: LH for 2+ targets wins over the rest
T100: FV for the current gear and could be switched to Empowered Seals with 4xT18
Glyphs: GoDJ more damage when judging different targets ( alternating ) . GoE: Exorcism hits more targets. 3rd Glyph is optional: either divine storm glyph for self healing or GoHoS for helping tanks/healers. - How do you prioritise your stats?:
Main stat is Strength, followed by Mastery for the current gear. The rest of the stats differs depending on my gear. I always run Simcraft/spreadsheets to find out what is the best stats as each new piece of gear produce new results - Where do you acquire information and knowledge about your class?:

I have started playing this game on 2006, and till this expansion, i have cleared every raid on highest difficulty with some of them being first on server. Past experience:

I am a fast learner, learn from my and other's mistakes and make sure not to do the same mistake again. I make sure to maximize my DPS while following the tactics and pay attention to RL's instructions during raids. I am mature player and i take criticism positively. - Share how you feel about progression raiding.:
i always prefer to progress rather than farming. It feels great when we keep on wiping on a boss for 200 times then eventually slay him. - What are your faults in relation to raiding?:
I am not a perfect player, everyone does mistake and learn from them - Where did you hear about us? What encouraged you to apply?:
I keep tracks on best guilds on competitive guilds on arathor, what encourage me to apply is the smooth raid time, good progress, and having some friends in your guild. - Is there anything else you would like to say?:
Apologies for my low gear, that is due to quitting the game when my guild stopped raiding and i have just came back to the game. I have to mention that since the start of Draenor expansion, i have changed my main and played on my ww monk for balancing the classes in the guild. monk is called madcloud@arathor.
