• What spec you'r playing and what you can tell us about it (inc. talents, glyphs, most important usage of your abilities)?:
Currently I play BM / SV.

BM is by far the best pure single target damage spec atm. Largely due to the 4 set bonus, and the change to stampede which increased from 20 - 40 sec duration, coupled with the buff to Focus Fire.

SV can still perform well on fights with substantial cleave DPS required, although BM can still do relatively well in this situation. MM can be strong, but it boils down to the fight, and generally BM is going to be the better option.

Important talents to note

Tier 4 - fight dependent talent. Steady Focus is going to be the best option if the fight involves the occasional multi target situation, making use of the increased focus regen, to keep uptime on Beast Cleave as high as possible, should the target number reach 2 or more.

Dire Beast is the best option on pure single target fights. (Gruul being a prime example)

Tier 5 -stampede, because nothing beats this.

Tier 6 - Barrage, again nothing beats this

Tier 7 - Adaptation. if you play BM and don't use this, then you should reroll.

Glyphs are pretty standard for the most part. not much impacts performance for us.

most important usage of abilities, fight dependent, as Multishot will overtake KC/Arcane shot if there are 3 targets or more.

Barrage is on CD used.

Probably the most important usage for hunters atm, specifically BM, is the use of Focus Fire.

I use a Weak Aura that tracks the stacks, and has certain criteria on when best to use the ability. Example being, if stampede is up, Use it if available. If BW is up, use if available. BW is off CD in 16 seconds, delay until 10 seconds to get full benefit during BW, etc.

High uptime on Focus Fire is generally very important.

• What stats are you prioritizing?:
Agility - because lol
ATP
MHDPS
Mastery
Haste
Multistrike
Crit
Vers

With reforging gone, your pretty much stuck with hoping for specific pieces of gear now anyway.

• Where do you acquire information and knowledge about your class?:
MMO-C mainly, but I've various hunter friends that ive met along my journeys, some of a higher caliber, one such example is Azorthian, who is a skype contact of mine that i chat to occasionally.

He also has a big fat guide on how to hunter which is a great place for info.

Other than that Elitest Jerks is still quite updated, but with it being more or less sims only, its not always practical info.

I also run my own sims to test out different builds etc.

• Share your guild history as well as reason for leaving them and your current guild ?:
Previous Guilds

Quelm - http://quelm.eu/ - http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/nagrand/Quelm

I joined Quelm in the middle of MoP after coming back from a break that I started mid Dragonsoul.

I joined with a group of 3 which at the time, gave the guild a stable raid team, and allowed us to progress quite well. I was soon asked to be an officer and the raid leader, a role I've previously had back during most of WoTLK and Cata

We progressed quickly, and managed 13/13HC ToT(10man) as well as 14/14HC(10 man) SoO. I feel somewhat accomplished in that the guild was likely heading for a disband before my group joined and we then went on to achieve so much.

I then left quelm to achieve something more and raid at a higher level.

Pieces - http://www.pieces-guild.eu/ - http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/grim-batol/pieces

I joined Pieces with a good friend of mine who was also in Quelm. We both wanted a higher level of raiding, and found them to be an appropriate choice

I was with Pieces for most of SoO, and for the transition that they made from 10man to 25man, to then prepare for 20m come WoD.

Unforunately, the guild direction changed somewhat from when i first joined coming into WoD, the raid times where adjusted and started an hour earlier than previously, and the days increased to pretty much every day raid. I couldn't keep up with this schedule, even though I really did want to, so I self demoted so as to not make it a burden for the GM to have to make that decision. I then took a break during Highmaul from raiding and WoW, but realized that there was something missing, and that I still wanted to raid.

Quelm

I rejoined Quelm, thinking it would be a suitable place for me to raid again, and I still had quite a few friends there.

Unfortunately, since leaving there was a lot of drama, and a lot of leaves / ragequits and new leadership has now taken over. Not the same guild anymore.

• Describe your past/current raid experience:
only really got serious during WoTLK

So,

WoTLK

11/12 HC ICC 25
12/12HC ICC 10

Cata

Tier 11 (I think?) all cleared minus Sinestra HC
Tier 12 - 7/7 HC
Tier 13 - quit midway through DS

MoP

Tier 14 - hadn't yet come back to WoW
Tier 15 - 13/13HC (10)
Tier 16 - 14/14 HC (10 + 25)

WoD

HM - evidently only done 1 on mythic, not that its too much of a big deal now
BrF - 5/10M

• Please list your alts via LINK:
I have a shaman at level 100, but its on another realm.

I haven't been much into Alt play for some time now in fairness.

More Information..

• Raid times: Can you agree with our raid times 21:00 to 00:00 Server time (UTC+1 also Sunday for extra raids)?:
wednesday, thursday, sunday, monday
• Teamspeak: Can you use SPEAK and LISTEN to Teamspeak?:
Yes
• You and us: Would you be willing to modify or change your spec to assist the guild?:
Yes
• What our guild can benefit from your class and yourself as a player?:
WHATDOESTHEFOXSAY

MOVEMOVEMOVEMOVE/CASTCASTCASTCAST

seriously, aspect of the fox.

As a player. I'm dedicated, I have a knack for fights and tactics, and the raid leader in me isn't afraid to call something out if it needs to be done. I've been told I'm pretty funny. - plus this is my nerdscream at the end of Dark Animus HC - https://youtu.be/WIhRuRwkELg?t=292 Emotional I know.

• What is your attitude towards progress/what motivate you in WoW?:
Currently, killing the hardest content, at a reasonable progression pace is all I want. I've invested so much time into WoW, and when the day comes that it finally does end, I'd like to look back and see that I did as much as I could.
• Why would you like to play with us? What we got that others don't?:
The slightly later raid times suits my currently work life. You guys seem to value RL and that sometimes it has to be the priority. and yet, you still have good progress, which is like perfect.
• Do you play outside raids or log only for them?:
It does depend on what I'm doing. I usually log on for my garrison, because lets face it farmville at this point really needs to up its game.

I do my mount runs at some point during the week usually. Other than WoW I'm quite often on Hearthstone too.

• Anything to add?:
Had a chat with Rejv prior to making this application, as there where some variables that I had to state and see how it could affect a spot in the guild. I can elaborate if need be, but hopefully Rejv can fill in the gaps.
• Tell us a joke:
part of me thinks there was a secret message/word I'm meant to put in here... I've looked for it, but not seen it so imma go with the joke.

A Bear and a rabbit were taking a shit in the woods. And the bear turns to the rabbit and says, "Excuse me, do you have problems with shit sticking to your fur?" And the rabbit says, "No." So the bear wiped his ass with the rabbit.
