Working/studying part time atm only hobby is gaming since everything is closed - playing WoW and detroit become human currently.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
For most fights this is the talent build as it provides the best damage
Echo of the Elements - Lava burst is usually your top dmg assuming you have 3x IP making this talent very valuable as it gives an extra charge of lava burst
Totem Mastery - Multiple buffs in 1 ability during the whole fight just gotta place it down every 2 minutes
Spirit Wolf - Gives you extra mobility which is good on any caster also provides a dmg reduction buff which is useful on fights where there is incoming damage but nothing to attack
Master of the Elements - Adds some more spice into your rotation making it more interesting and rewarding and is also the best choice dmg wise unless you're playing storm ele for an aoe fight or doing the meme build
Nature's Guardian - Ele Shaman has 1 defensive and is almost always bottom hps so this talent is very helpful
Icefury - Generates good maelstrom and allows for more movement during fights as you can be moving and still deal decent damage along with lb procs
Stormkeeper - Great talent for single and multi target on a 1 min cd does great damage when empowered with master of the elements
How do you prioritize your stats and why?
Crit/Vers>Haste>Mastery>Int
For more multi dotting fights like drest/ilgy haste becomes more valuable as you are getting more lb procs and you multi dot a little faster. I try to keep around 10-15% vers but i usually sim myself whenever making gear changes to make sure i have the best stats.
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?
Since i've been playing shaman for a while it's mostly warcraftlogs and simming myself also reading patch notes for any changes to my class.

Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
Uldir - 4/8M
BoD - CE 9/9M WR 500
EP - CE 8/8 M - WR 350 ( after missing over a month of progress in total due to 5+ players quitting on zaqul including a tank to go play classic )
NYA - 11/12M
Started raiding in late Uldir but only pugged a few mythic bosses BoD is when i joined an actual raiding guild - Hit harder forehead on twisting nether which disbanded on jaina then i joined immigrant center which disbanded first 2 weeks in EP. Joined the reckless after that which i left after azshara because Sanity was forming which had a lot of players from Immigrant center where i really loved raiding however almost all of those people got kicked or left and the new people who joined shifted the guild from fun-toxic to actually toxic where you had people whispering each other during raid shit talking other people saying they should kill themselves etc.
Konfluens i was told i didn't pass my trial because they thought i didn't care about being there as i would not talk much, replied with short answers and my tone of voice came across as not caring or trying to sound cool ( maybe it's how i sound normally or it was because i was talking to them 5 min after i woke up so was still out of it idk ) and that it is a guild of older people or "boomers" as the gm said and i would not fit in which i agree with since i'm more of a vulgar/dark humor kind of person where as this guild was not and i ended up never feeling comfortable enough to say more than was needed.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes
We also raid on Sunday at the start of a new raiding tier. Are you aware of this?

Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
I Bring a strong analytical mind, being able to fully utilise tools such as simming, weak auras and warcraft logs. My knowledge of my class and how to play shaman DPS on any given fight and how these abilities can be used on future bosses.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
Can learn enhance if needed ( lmao ). Can play resto if it's really needed ( decent at it but not much practice in raid ).
How do you feel about progression raiding?
The only reason i play.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
Good guild with an atmosphere dedicated to strong and progress while still having a fun raiding atmosphere.
Do you play outside of raid?
Yes, if i have people to play with i play more as pugging isn't that enjoyable for me.
