About talents
t1 Ice Floes - when the encounter requires movement phases basically
t2 Ice Barrier - due to WoD changes to Alter Time i've decided to drop it and replace with an average cd absorb ability for damage mitigation
t3 Ring of Frost - well pretty much anything goes here but RoF might
be handy for stalling adds or kiting
t4 Cold Snap - i've found it way more reliable than Cauterize for personal defensive cd, quite many times i've died out cauterize dot due to lack of healing, so i've chosen cold snap for low hp
situations or the possibility of a double ice block in case of necessity
t5 Ice Nova - tried out frost bomb at first but the 1.5 sec cast time just makes it bad imo, so the first choice went on Ice Nova as it combines very well with Prismatic Crystal
t6 Mirror Image - tested pretty much every options on this tier and found with MI the best dps output, quite close to Incanter's Flow
t7 Prismatic Crystal - sinergy with Ice Nova and Splitting ice glyph for Ice Lance, usually wait for Frost Orb to be off cd aswell for combo

Splitting ice - pretty much the best choice for Prismatic Crystal users or cleave damage
Icy Veins - haste for multistrike, sign me up
Water Elemental - for movement casting ability

Guild history
Started back in the old vanilla WoW days and joined Legion of Hell after switching from warrior to mage main.
In TBC i left LoH due to roster inactivity and formed a small guild with friends but it didn't last very long as our raiding roster was fairly small and if 1-2 ppl couldn't make it for the day it was quite difficult to fill the slots, lastly i joined Outland Shadows and been with them since late MoP when we merged with Maligned for going back to 25 men raiding.
The merge didn't work out so well as we lost some members due to progress struggling and after about 5 months of SoO i froze my account and took a break from WoW.
Few weeks before WoD release i resubbed and got invited to Euphoria-Hellfire as one of my friends joined them previously and vouched for me, in the past days quite a few of our core raiding team left and now we're out of Mythic range so i've decided to look around for another option.

Benefits
Mages always been quite a reliable ranged dps class in terms of damage output and quite good aoe depending on the spec, not all of them have decent single/multi target possibilities.
I am a very active player logging on pretty much everyday with fairly high attendance, very focused on progress coming prepared with everything needed and try to optimize an encounter execution.
Motivation/Attitude
Always been a PvE focused player and progressing through a raid content is everything i need to be motivated to continue playing, even better if i achieve to clear it with my guild.
Curse of Years
It looks like a very solid guild with a competent and experienced raiding team, and a plus for me is the 3 raiding days schedule as i'm not that hardcore when it comes to raids, always been on 3 days schedule guilds.
Also Davion/Segal talked very well about Curse of Years and recommended it to me in case i was looking for a guild, so my first choice fell on yours.
Free time.. Yes i log on mostly everyday
Last part
As i mentioned above i'm a nursing school student and sometimes wetake internship periods of about 1 month and it becomes quite hard for me to raid during that time as it depends a lot on the shifts i get, so i could miss a few raiding days, also i rarely raid on sundays but it's not totally unlikely.
