currently im a care worker for a small company in my area, outside of work i spend most of my time playing video games or tabletop games down at my local store.
Character Information:
My currently main during uldir has been my rogue, which i didnt play outside of bfa, capable to play all specs necessary depending on the fight and what is needed. during legion my main was my monk, which is also able to play all specs, but primarily windwalker.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
for rogue its usually pretty generic since they revamped talents for bfa, some talents may vary based on sims for different boss fights, and depending on if the fight is aoe heavy or pure ST, The talents i have currently are set for a ST encounter for assassination( based on highest sim result) and zul for sub
How do you prioritize your stats and why?
i sim my char relatively often to determine the best stats needed for my class, i also look at class discords relatively often to ensure no major generic stat change has occured. i use these sources as they are probably the most reliable, and the class discords have reliable simcrafters staying up to date with the class.
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?
mostly all my knowledge comes from the class discords and guides found on there. i have also consulted with players of the same class that play on a higher level, to see if there are ways i can optimise my dps.

i also usually keep my bars hidden, as im comfortable with my bindings and try to keep the screen less cluttered.
What state is the state of your Heart of Azeroth?
currently on my rogue its 28, my shaman and my monk are 26 and 25 but much less played, also currently slacking hard on azerite

Raiding History:
started raiding in wow during legion, primarily TOS and achieved 6/9m, in antorus i achieved cutting edge prior nerfs with the guild i am currently in, currently in uldir i am 7/8m and progressing on ghuun. outside of this, i dont have any prior raid experience as i am relatively new to the game compared to others, playing for only 2ish years.
Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
as said above, i only have exp in this and the last expansions of Wow, however i am currently progressing on ghuun in my current guild, and on my monk i managed to reach zul in a separate guild before they disbanded.
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
currently i am looking for a guild that is much more efficient during the raid times they have, my current guild currently raid for 12 hours a week at least, and are not very efficient in how that time is spend. my current guild is Splendour and i have raided mythic with them since i started the game near enough, and i also raid with an alt with Leagalise Peacebloom, which is in a slightly dismal state right now and currently on break till SoD.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Raid days are good for me and im confident i can make 99% of all raids if not all of them.
We also raid on Sunday at the start of a new raiding tier. Are you aware of this?

What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
i feel i am passionate about mythic content and im aware that me making mistakes also affects the other 19 people in the raid, i understand that tactics are the main key to fights and need to be prioritised over dps unless called for. i also feel i am a team player and am willing to help others out when needed.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
i can play whichever spec is required of me by the raid
How do you feel about progression raiding?
i enjoy progression raiding, and outside of mythic+ its my main reason for playing the game.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
i received a message on my wowprogress after i advertised i was looking for guild.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
i feel a change of pace in the raiding enviroment im in will be positive and help me improve more as a player.
Do you play outside of raid?
currently i engage in a fair amount of mythic+ outside of raid, to ensure my gear is up to date.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
im relatively flexable on what i play during raids depending on what is needed, i have to alts geared up to par to allow for some flexibility, due to melee spots being contested on some fights, i can play shaman/monk for different benefits.
