If you wish to apply to us, this is the place for you!

General:

Your Name, Age, Gender and Location: My name is Anthony I'm 30 years old from Ireland. I'm a feminine male.

Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc)

I spend a lot of time online gaming if it's not WoW it's another game mostly playing League at the moment and just doing weekly M+ - I work for Apple at home and I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere with my fiancé and our 13 cats so I'm about as weird as you can get. I love movies too.

Character Information:

Armory Link: Armory WoWProgress

Battletag: tripyo#2371

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:

Benediction because it's free effective healing and synergises really well with the leggy pants (which I don't have equipped atm cause trying 4 set).

Divinity as again it's passive so saving the GCD for more effective spells and lets me chain the holy words to maximise the buff when I want it.

Binding heal - I've run this for a good while, I like having a cheap spammable heal where I can keep people topped while not losing mana it's awesome for m+ too

rest of the talents I don't have much to say, there isn't any that make too much of a difference, Enlightenment is amazing for regen. Afterlife is perfect if I do die I get to put out high throughput.

How do you prioritize your stats and why? Honestly have not min maxed in a while, I would prioritise mastery cause echo of light is amazing, then crit as haste isn't that fantastic considering the short cast time on heals anyway and versa last cause fuck versatility. When I was raiding it was as shadow with healing OS so while I've healed all fights this tier most of my progression was done as shadow.

What state is your Artifact in? Holy is 75 to unlock all the crucible talents

Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class? HowToPriest for indepth reviews and chat to friends who are in top guilds. I use icy veins a lot on alts when I want a quick 'how to'

Paste a your UI via Shadow in combat and Holy it's setup for minimal clutter and ease at the moment.

Link to your raid logs using using WoL: Not sure how useful it'll be as I've only pugged hc this tier. But my past progression on previous tiers is all there

Raiding History:

Describe your previous/current raiding experience: I'll just talk about this expac. Was in a guild called Enlightened Up until Gul'dan, guild imploded for many reasons so I joined Provoke but left halfway through ToS progression.

Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them: Enlightened folded after killing Gul'Dan, I didn't want to leave but things were outside of my control, I joined Provoke as they advertised a 2 day raiding guild which suited me at the time. However shortly into ToS we were raiding 4+ nights a week and doing split runs, it was at first only supposed to be for the first week of raiding but a few months in raiding on 3 diff chars split runs was not what I signed up for as the guild didn't intend to go back to 2 nights anytime soon I called it quits.

More Information:

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance? I can

We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it? I am aware and providing it's not mandatory after the first 3/4 weeks (whenever it moves to alt runs) I have no issues, would still show up nearly every Sunday anyway.

Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak? Yeah

What qualities do you bring to a Raid? Awareness, I learn very fast, tactics timers etc... can call them out if needed. Am level headed and can help with a discussion to a problem. I will own my mistakes so I won't and don't like to waste time. I always have solid attendance and if I'm not available you'll know as soon as I do.

How comfortable are you playing your offspecs? Yes can play all specs of my priest, can also play other classes.

How do you feel about progression raiding? It's why I play. Farm is fine and all that but working bit by bit to beat a boss is where the enjoyment is. Testing your ability to maximise your potential in a fight is just the most fun in this game.

Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild? I know Balue and a number of other recent recruits.

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years? I have time to raid again and want to go back playing with people I enjoy playing with. Knowing that Balue is here and enjoys it is what interested me.

Do you play outside of raid? Yup, I'm always online in one form or another and when actively playing normally keep multiple characters up to raiding standard.

Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application? I'm mainly applying for BFA. I will play any class/spec you would be in need of or want with the exception of shadow priest unless there's no other options :D . I'm not too fond of shadow at the moment, played it all expansion and watched it just become a gimmick spec.

Ideally I would love to join as and play a healer priest however if you have a solid healing team already in place and would be interested in me as DPS I'd ideally love mage.

If I was accepted to trial I would of course be available and get myself up to speed on this tier, however I have no mythic experience for this tier and wouldn't be expecting anything but happy to do whatever.

Tell us a joke: Green Lantern is a great movie.
