How do you prioritize your stats and why?
Haste>crit>mastery>versatility... I haven't reached the haste cap so this is still BIS priority for me.

Both shadow/disc are over 75..holy is around 72..
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?
Warcraftlogs , watching vids, and my own practice as I believe that is the best way to optimise your performance whereas guides only give you a baseline.

both didn't combine, the sylvanas one is up to date but the anachronos one is where I achieved my rank 1 eonar.
Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experience: In legion, 10/11M Antorus, didn't raid any other tier as I took a break from wow due to a new job. So this is my first real tier as a shadow priest as I was a druid main WoD.
In WoD, I was on alonsus, in a top 200 guild called Raze where we got server firsts all expansion.(similar pop to this realm).
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
Raze - took a break from wow
Judge - raid leader was a douche and half the team left
Dragon Order - 350 wipes on Argus, reached p3 once.. the same 3-4 people would wipe us all night each night but not get benched or called out by raid leader so we were never going to improve so a few people left then I eventually left as I had Appendicitus, couldn't make raid, Leader was fine with it. But when I told him I couldn't come to the "Boost" run the guild did every Saturday, he flamed me for it cause it meant the group wouldn't make as much Gold and I basically told him where to go as it was an optional raid and due to my situation, I wasn't able to. So it confirmed that Gold > Raiders wellbeings for him.

We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
Yes, did it also in previous guild.
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes but you should get with the times, Discord > teamspeak lol, but yeah its fine.
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
Good sense of humour, open to criticism, due to raid leading experience in the past, I can notice flaws in strategies that we can tweak to improve performance(spent 3 weeks wiping on Aggramar, told leader to tweak our positioning in p3.. we downed it within 1 night)
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
Holy is boring so that's a no-go for me. I enjoy disc but haven't played it to the extend I wish to so ill be playing a lot more of it in pugs/M+ just to get better at it so ill have it as a viable offspec.
How do you feel about progression raiding?
Game gets boring if it gets easy, so progression raiding keeps it interesting and something to aim towards.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
Posted a LFG on forums, Nagassh messaged me and I talked to him on battle net before applying.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
I understand the situation here but I am not phased by it. I am used to a lower pop realm and lack of recruitment from my experience on Raze which is on Alonsus but in a way its a good thing. If you can stabilise a roster, the lack of people doesn't make a difference and being no.1 on the realm is a good aim.
Do you play outside of raid?
For M+, I usually do my weekly and help others with weekly as I see no value from doing any higher keys except a bigger ego. Besides that, I enjoy playing on alts etc If not, I'm always around and usually playing LoL, HS or something else.
