Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them: Varies depending on the fight. ST setup is generally 3113212 and cleave/AoE is 2213212, but this can vary heavily depending on what I’m doing. For Felhounds for example not running maximum dots is just a waste, and DE takes too long to kick in and SC has a tendency to overcap with the dual agony uptime. On portal keeper though (if you have sephuz) running howl of terror isn’t a terrible idea both for uptime and CC. DE has it’s place on fights like that: many adds with low HP or those with a strong execute phase.
Let’s use the worst boss in Antorus as an example of the way to think: Aggramar (pos fight dear god pls remove). Aight. What am I gonna need from my utilities? Well, seeing as the combo is now 4 different combinations I kinda want circle. Howl and coil are both dead in the water because of the adds needing special control.
So MG can be used, but meh fuck it. I’d rather use WiA because then I won’t die trying to min max this asshole. Corruption...good. With ring: amazing. You not only get to pad, but also be mildly useful during transmission. Burning tush, because this boss just really hates me having any amount of fun.
On that note, also use DE because the hard part starts around the time it kicks in, and because you’re not gonna have the overall uptime of SL for it to do more damage overall. SC is great if you wanna overcap shards even more than you already are.
Use Soul Harvest, because everything else is trash (more specifically, they’re not trash it’s just that Soul Harvest has the benefit of being 20% on top of any existing procs and bonuses)
How do you prioritize your stats and why? Varies. As much as I hate the expression, you need to sim it after each and every piece of gear you get. For me it’s crit>haste>mastery but that might change with any new piece.
What state is your Artifact in? Pretty good. 80 points. Decent relics.

Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experience: To shorten this somewhat: played since vanilla and cleared everything while current up until cata where I got into what was then HC raiding and got 5/8 HC.
Took a step back for MoP, but cleared that on normal and ended with 11/14 mythic. (Siegecrafter is my favourite boss)
In Warlords I decided to take the step and lead my own guild. We ended with clearing everything on HC but never breaking the 20man barrier.
That brings us to Legion. 7/7 EN mythic. 10/10 NH mythic. Took a break for ToS and currently 9/11 mythic antorus (was there for the progress on kin and vari, but not the kill which sucks as the guild disbanded after getting to aggramar.)
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them: In legion: 8 guilds, all due to disbandment. The reasons for disbanding varies, but it mostly comes down to players burning out en masse and having to then rebuild and reprogress old bosses over and over again. The list:
Stance Dance Revolution (my own guild. Had to step down due to moving to a new place and starting uni prep. They then disbanded some 2 months into legion.)

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?

I show on time, I bring my own stuff. I play a warlock and don’t charge for candy or gates. I also like to think I'm atleast decent at the game.

More or less indifferent. It's more the group and and people I play with that make it enjoyable.
