Outside of WoW I enjoy building computers and diy projects. I'm married with a kid and a full time job so that takes up a lot of my time so thats one reason I am looking to join a late night guild.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them: I play BM hunter and now I'm running the crit stomp build atm 2-1-3-1-1-3 with the only change being trailblazer atm for farm content and mythic + dungeons. Usually I use Volley for heavy sustained AoE fight. I choose these talents based on logs I've seen and the way it plays. Also with my current gear and stat priority these talents sim the highest for me atm.
How do you prioritize your stats and why? I prioritize my stats based on guildes and logs from top BM hunters.
What state is your Artifact in? 974 Ilvl with 76 points
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class? I use the hunter discord, Icy veins, logs and I watch videos and streams of players I think are good and knowledgeable .

Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experience: I started this expansion playing my resto druid and I changed to my hunter in between Nighthold and ToS. In EN my guild completed 5/7 mythic while it was current then we went back and fully cleared EN. In ToV we got 2/3 Mythic and in Nighthold we cleaared 8/10 Mythic. In Tomb my guild took a long break and after we returned we cleared 5/9 Mythic. Currently I'm only 8/11 normal because I hate pugging and tend to lose patience with it often.
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them: I was in Seventh Night on Tarren Mill for just about a year. I was an officer in the guild up until we took the long break. For the most part I enjoyed my time there and had fun raiding with those guys. I choose to leave because I felt a shift in attitudes and athmophere. Raid turned into a 3 hour whine fest where everyone including the officers would just complain and cry about everything. Honestly I just didnt enjoy raiding there anymore so I needed to make a channge.
More Information:
Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance? Yes and If I have to miss raid or be late I will contact an officer ahead of time.
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?

Yes, although I tend to be quiet and speak only when neccessary
What qualities do you bring to a Raid? Well I'm an optimist, I never give up during raid. I don't complain when something doesn't go my way. I admit mistakes and speak up if I don't understand something. I will do what is takes to help kill bosses and progress.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs? Since I started playing hunter I have only played BM. Honestly Its the only spec I enjoy playing atm and I feel like I am a decent BM hunter.
How do you feel about progression raiding? I honestly love progression raiding. The feeling you get after you wiped 100 + times on a boss and then you finally kill it is amazing. Without progression raiding I wouldnt play WoW.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
Looking for players pve forums.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years? I needed a guild that raided later in the evening. I like the progress of this guild. Based on what I have seen from logs and this application Curse of Years seems like an awesome guild with great leadership and I would like to become apart of this guild.
Do you play outside of raid? Yes I do all the world quest and my mythic + dungeon. Most of the time I log on and just run around Dalaran lol.
