Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc) : I 'm married ,luckily wife also plays WoW,got no kids just a male pekingese ,I run my own business that gives me plenty of free time besides money.I like spending my free time with friends and mount trekking with wife,I live in a small village surrounded by mountains in a stress free environment,time here passes super slowly.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them: I main Marksman so I'll focus on that.Marksman hunter builds are pretty much straightforward with minor changes on playstyle which results a 7 seconds rotation cycle based on Vulnerable .
Tier one talents have an obvious choice of Lone Wolfs' flat out +18% damage increase ,rest choices are not valid for indoor content.
Second tier Lock and Load and True Aim are my picks for pure single target damage output since i use the legendary ring Soul of the Hintmaster that passively gives me Lock and Load for free,True Aim makes Arcane Shot and Aimed Shot to stack a 2% damage debuff on target stacking for 10 times and is the talent to go for pure single target fights.For target swapping fights and multitarget fights other legendaries combinations work better so the obvious choice is Lock and Load for that reason.
Third tier provides more mobility talents and Posthaste is the absolute winner for making Disengage free us from all movement impairing effects and boosts our movement speed by 60% for 5 seconds ,making it our absolute mobility weapon.
Fourth tier options give Explosive Shot a very powerful AoE damage ability that was excelling during Nightfold AoE fights ,during this tier and with having to treat adds on most fights carefully its not a pick for me since the other option of Patient Sniper provides better single target damage and alongside in multitarget fights when using the legendary belt that can pull up to 200% damage increase on Aimed Shot is my pick of choice on both situations.
Fifth tier gives us Binding Shot an invaluable AoE stun for all contents and use.
Sixth tier 2 obvious choices A Murder of Crows for pure single target and Volley for AoE are my picks,Volley can work in both situations but since it needs some focus to take in return might cause some focus starving issues and kinda let rotation behind in s single target scenario.I use Volley for Beastmaster in mythic pluses alltime.I prefer A Murder of Crows for single target fights for the reason of not getting focus starved plus for the quick stacking of Bullseye that provides a stacking +1% Critical Strike increase for 30 times when the target is under 20% hp.
Seventh tier gives us 3 good options with my pick being Trick Shot in both AoE and single target fights. Trick Shot provides the best single target, and powerful stacked AoE with the legendary belt.Sidewinders can be handy in KJ mythic to cleave down reflections but doesnt work good anywhere else.Powershot is a strong hitter for AoE situations but it doesnt come anywhere close to Trick Shot combined with legendary belt.
How do you prioritize your stats and why?Marksman Hunter has 2 main stats Critical Strike and Mastery that have great synergy working with each other i prefer playing with around 35%+ of Crit and over 25%-29% Mastery,Haste is a greatly desirable stat that helps rotation run smoother but Marksman can work great even with low % of it for single target i play with 12%-17%,for AoE i aim for 17%.Versatility is a flat out damage increase and damage taken decrease ,I don't mind usin high Mastery items combined with it on AoE fights ,in single target isn't much of help and should be avoided.Having many good high level items helps me to swap pieces to get the stat i feel i need ,usually i have preset simulationed gear to swap for every different raid boss or mythic plus affixes.
What state is your Artifact in?75 on Marksman ,66 on BeastMaster
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class? Thank God for Azortharions' guides and streams ,I also check Rogerbrown and ask him things.

Raiding History:Short note on this tier 9/9m EN,2/3m ToV,8/10m NH,5/9m ToS ,playing casual Vanilla ,did most of content during BC and WotLK except IC where i took a break and came back before WoD was released but got bored very fast and quit after couple months.Came back before Legion and haven't stopped since then,cause i really really like it.Played other MMOs with raid aspects like Rift on US servers for years until game became potato ,was in top3 guilds for years but can't be compared with WoW serious raiding scene.
Describe your previous/current raiding experience: Well my best raiding experience was in Rift ,but i had great times during BC and WotLK when managed to kill most bosses in current tier ,stepped up my game during Legion and could be in a better condition and progress if I didn't make bad decisions on guilds.
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:I left a guild 'casue of no healing when I took 2 Rapid Shots one right after another,used my Turtle on 1st used my Exhilaration and pots on 2nd but healing was bad as usual, also dying from comet dot in Goroth was way too much i think.Last one Im leaving cause of no actual raid leadership ,2 weeks ago we were about to kill Mistress and a week ago we are struggling on Sisters and Desolate Host no actual progress is about to happen this tier and possibly on next.I used to be a member of guilds for many months and in some was for years esp in Rift ,but nowadays I still haven't found something to suit and feel good.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?Yes days and times are great.
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?Yes,sounds great!!!
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak? Yes
What qualities do you bring to a Raid? By any means Im not qualified with leadership ,i'm more of a loyal soldier.I'll carry my weight,do things correct when needed.I 'll be there even if we have to raid 'till morning.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?I can play Beastmaster good ,Survival no idea.
How do you feel about progression raiding? That's the essence of playing MMOs.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild? Recruitment forums ,don't know anyone and never played on Arathor before.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?I'm looking forward to play in a more competative environment with actual serious progress with non-toxic people,I want to step my game more and i find it as a challenge and opportunity for myself to be better and better.
Do you play outside of raid?Yes i play around 8-12 hours per weekdays ,playing alts like Druid and Demon Hunter ,doing mythic pluses and heroic boosts with wife and friends.I don't PvP 'casue my blood pressure hits red.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application? My concern is my logs ,had better ones like 1.95m on Host,1.45 on Goroth and 1.35 on Sisters but unluckily the guys who were keeping them left and not uploaded.Anyway have to thank you for reading my application and hope to hear news from you soon,if I left any blank spots we can discuss/talk about it.Thanks again.
