Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc): I'm a 26 year old gamer/streamer I work as a Technician for the NHS repairing hospital medical equipment and I'm currently studying an OU degree in BA (honours) Business Management (Leadership Practices), I'm online most evenings and weekends I'm a keen PvP'r and like the challenge or progress raiding.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them: I value uptime on the boss over everything, I have built my spec to avoid flat spots or periods were I'm just auto attacking building up rage, I have about 4 builds depending on the fight but my default ST build is: Dauntless, Double Time, Rend (sometimes Trauma) Bounding Strike, Titanic Might, In for the Kill and Opportunity strikes. This is the enhance movability and uptime on ST DPS for cleave AoE fights I will spec towards Revenger, Mortal Combo, Trauma and Sweeping strikes.
How do you prioritize your stats and why? I use guides, pro live streams youtube videos, pawn and ask mr robot to build up a general idea and then I sim each piece of new gear to see what they can provide me, as a general rule I'll aim towards:
Mastery; (As much as possible)
Haste; (11%)
Versatility; (second choice when above 11%)
Critical Strike;
Strength.
What state is your Artifact in? Level 62 (almost 63) returned from a long break so had to do allot of catching up
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class? As stated above, PAWN, YouTube guides, Pro Live streamers, Ask mr Robot Class Forums, Class Discord Channels, Class websites, wow progress and asking fellow players of my class

Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experience: Raided since TBC Raided as a Warrior since BRH Mythic, been a HC/Mythic Raiders throughout clearing most content in a timely manner depending on the success of my Guild at the time.
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them: GM of British Armed Forces 2006-2016 leading a Raiding Guild doing a degree and work was just too much to take on for one person since the Officers slowly started drifting away. Dead Weight joined them as that's were most the Raiders from BAF ended up, but after a 3 month break I've returned and the Guild is already very heavy on melee and I don't want to push anyone out of the team for my own sake.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance? Yes
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it? Yes
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak? Yes I also have a mic
What qualities do you bring to a Raid? Reliable, research tactics and will give opinion when warranted, will help other players when possible, solid DPS that you should be able to just leave to do his job and not babysit
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs? Prot - perfectly fine
How do you feel about progression raiding? I prefer it and I don't mind wiping for weeks if that's what it takes, my Blackhand HC kill was after 180+ attempts so I'm not one for giving up.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
Nagassh on the wow eu forums suggested you guys
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years? checked the guild out and you seem like a perfect fit
Do you play outside of raid? Yes most evenings
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application? My logs for this tier are abit shitty as I've returned from a long break and not had much if at all of an opportunity to fine tune my DPS just more concerned about tactics, I'm a fast learner though and it won't take me long to catch up
