Battletag: Kranksz#2975
Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them: Depending on the fight also depends on the talents a prime example being mekkatorque where I take Mass Entangle Roots which is key to manage the adds in comparison to typhoon, other than that its mainly based on optimal dps on priority targets.
How do you prioritize your stats and why? Used SimC and Pawn along with Raidbots (always taken with a grain of salt) as my main way of working out optimal items of gear, in addition comparing myself to high ranking boomies (In other high WR guilds).
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class? I watch a lot of streams (Mainly Method and higher end guilds) and take notes from them as well as the few high end guilds that actually public log just to see timelines and any niche tactics they might use to their advantage.

Raiding History: (8/10NH - 8/9ToS - 10/11 Antorus - 8/8 Uldir) I started raiding mid Nighthold (went on to raid every tier since then although antorus was on and off) and loved it as I finally had a computer able to handle raiding, towards the end of our Nighthold progression in heroic I became an officer in the guild because of my positive energy I can bring to raids which motivates people to better themselves, I've had to raid lead which I'm capable with, in addition I am someone that the guild would rely on in progression to set a role for fellow members to perform better and stay motivated during long progressive kills
Describe your previous/current raiding experience: Still love raiding to bits hence why I'm happy to raid on multiple characters all mythic ready and perform at a higher standard albeit I know I can always improve.
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them: Usually its due to the lack of motivation from the guild to push peoples potentials and people end up getting lazy, as I don't want to succumb to that kind of environment I search for guilds like yours that really push guildies to be at their best via competition.
More Information:
Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes there shouldn't be any issues unless its a medical emergency.
We also raid on Sunday at the start of a new raiding tier. Are you aware of this?
Yup no issues what-so-ever.
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
A positive and learning mindset to tackle bosses while trying to ensure not only myself but others are motivated and make every pull count, as every raider arguably should I willingly vouch to handle optional mechanics to ensure we have every chance to kill said boss.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
Played Feral a little as an alt, as for Guardian and Resto I have the general gist and I am willing to take each spec seriously if its required. As I play multiple characters with additional offspecs I am super comfortable learning offspecs.
How do you feel about progression raiding?
The main point of raiding in my opinion is to push yourself to become a better player, as progression (is usually) a slope we have to walk up until we are all able to perform well enough to take down a boss, this process itself is what makes me LOVE raiding, feeling people get 'hyped' as we get closer to killing the boss and the general aura of raids gets more serious is a genuine excitement for me.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
My good friend Leera recommended me to apply as he said he loves raiding in the guild and its environment is a super friendly albeit competitive experience that we can both grow from.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
Leera's opinion mainly, however after seeing the guilds consistency with getting Cutting Edge compared to guilds that disband after a tier.
Do you play outside of raid?
I do, as being addicted to WoW basically forces me to do as much content as possible, this another reason why I really like the look of the guild as M+ has a huge effect on me and I've wanted to get a (somewhat) team even if its just to help out guildies with weeklies I love the social events that occur during these out of raid times.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
Thanks for reading, all the best of luck in this tier and future tiers to come!
