The talents that are on my lock at the moment (If you read this today) was because we killed Harjatan last. I wanted to writhe in agony so i could do as much damage to the tadpoles and murlocs as quickly as possible and with the head legendary this works really well. I also took contagion because I still wanted my main damage to be on the boss which is where I'd be putting all the UAs. Also with the amount of shards that I would be getting from using agony on all of the adds there would always be UAs on the boss. Burning rush and demonic circle for that movement yo, gotta do tactics. Soul harvest for the burst with the medallion trinket. Grimoire of supremacy for that consistent damage which is what you want in mythic progress, consistency. The finally because of the soul of the netherlord I have to take deaths embrace which is great for the late stages of the fight and then soul conduit which gives more shards and this sims better for me than siphon life.
I go mastery first, then haste and I like to have a bit of crit. Mastery obviously because it increases the amount of damage that your dots do then haste because the amount of tick damage from the dots and especially with the ramp up from the lego head helps with adds. Also the shard generation from haste. Then crit because obviously you want your dots to tick for a bit more sometimes.
What state is your Artifact in? 63 traits, netherlight crucible gods have also blessed me a little.

Raiding History:
I have raided since Wotlk but only got serious into raiding in Legion. In Wotlk I raided ICC 10 man normal, then a few bosses on HC. Then basically stopped did the odd pug raid up into legion where I got 7/10M NH and currently 5/9M ToS. I really enjoy the challenge of mythic raiding and want a guild equally as excited and interested in it as me.
I have spent most of my time in Legion in a guild called Cured on Draenor, a group of friends that came back to play wow together. Then recently at the start of tomb everyone started to burn out. I left the guild due to them stopping playing, I joined Witness who were 5/9M, raided with them for a month then I left then because I got a new job and I couldn't keep up with the raid times. Went back to Cured but Heroic raiding and the occasional mythic raid isn't what I want. Also some nights people just don't show up and we don't raid at all.

Yeah, these times are perfect for my schedule.
I am aware of raiding sundays for the first few weeks and this is fine.
I have a decent headset with microphone, I will have to download teamspeak as used to using discord but that is fine.
The qualiities I bring to a raid is someone that likes to research a lot about the game, I like to know what the top guilds are doing what other classes are doing a figuring out how to make me the best as I can. I have raided leaded some of mythic kills and helped to recruit in Cured. I like to have a laugh but I know when to focus up.
I feel comfortable playing Destro at the moment but I still need some better legos for that spec. I am willing to learn how to play which ever is the best performing spec. I also have a Havoc DH alt that has 930 ilvl with 63 traits which can be used if needed.
The main thing I want to do is kill bosses so progression raiding is exactly what I want. I like the feeling of finally getting something done after so many tries which is also the reason I really liked the mage tower.
I posted a forum post and Nagassh posted on it about the guild, I also messaged him and he told me to apply.
Raid times being perfect, the progress and the previous mythic tiers are the reason I wanted to apply.
I play most days, unless I am away at the weekend.
Can't think of anything to add to my application really, I just like to be social within a guild as I feel the community part of it is a main thing. Also I like to do mythic+ and would like to start pushing some higher keys.
