Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
15 - depending on the number of targets it's either Final Verdict or Consecration
30 - The Fires of Justice is my talent of choice, switching to Zeal when there are targets to cleave for majority of the fight or Greater Judgment on AoE fights
45 - Blinding Light
60 - Blade of Wrath most of the time, Divine Hammer on cleave/AoE fights
75 - Eye for an Eye, good defensive CD, other talents are garbage in PvE
90 - Cavalier, for better movement. Can leave without Divine Intervention if I am careful enough
100 - Crusade. Other talents can't compare
How do you prioritize your stats and why? Simming myself the week I get an item that is an upgrade, then putting the string into pawn addon and checking my bags. If there's an upgrade, I equip it and check again. If it's a downgrade, I equip previous item and leave pawn string be.
What state is your Artifact in? Used to be rank 54, now it's rank 40, will be 41 tonight after getting the AK upgrade.

Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
I will leave out Classic-MoP part.
Raided with Conviction up to 8/10 BRF Mythic. At that moment guild broke down and people left for different guilds.
Joined Crusaders of Honor at that point and managed to clear Mythic Archimonde with them.
Before the end of expansion old guildie from Conviction spoke to me about creating a new guild on Horde side with ex-Conviction members and few others with the aim of good progress raiding. I agreed to join under condition of doing so after new expansion has launched to not break down the raiding roster. Wanted to talk to CoH officers about it the next day, but someone released the "list" to the public and the raiding team broke down the very same day.
Grind was created earlier because of that. Joined it because no one wanted to raid mythics in CoH anymore apart from few people.
Some time after Legion launch, during mythic EN progression, the guild leader went back to Alliance guild. Officers decided to move everyone to Conviction due to name recognition. We've managed to clear Mythic EN, kill Mythic Odyn + Guarm and kill 4 bosses in Mythic NH. Currently guild broke down due to people stopping raiding without warning or not showing up to raids. Officers gave up, so I am looking for another guild which aims for a progress deep into mythic NH and Tomb of Sargeras in the near future while not being super-hardcore at the same time.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance? Yes
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it? Yes
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak? I always Listen on TS, but avoid speaking.
What qualities do you bring to a Raid? Reliable raider with some crappy blessings, who prioritizes mechanics over personal dps.
How do you feel about progression raiding? That's what I'm playing this game for.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild? There are some old Conviction players in CoY. They should remember me, I hope.
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years? Current guild breakdown, players who I know from Conviction are in CoY and the raiding schedule looks good for me.
Do you play outside of raid? Mythic+ / World Quests with AP tokens / LFR / alts. Trying to avoid PvP.
