General:
Joe, 20, Male, England.
I work in sales and like to go to the gym and the pub. When i'm not doing that i'll most likely be on wow.
I have just returned to wow after a very small break from launch, whilst still keeping up with the game through forums and streams I knew returning would be hard as catchup in this game is difficult, but I believe dedication and skill can beat Artifact traits (which change on wednesday anyway.) :)

The Neck was acquired yesterday and does have an enchant on it. It just isn't showing up on armory yet for some reason.
Battletag : Alentio#2738
Talent Choice:
My talent choice varies from fight to fight, with most staying the same apart from tier 15 and 30. My usual single target will be endless rage and Double time, allowing me to generate rage faster and move from the boss to the adds effectively, e.g. in Chronomatic Anomoly. Multi target would be War machine and shockwave, for that CC and almost constant 30% haste increase on skorpyron. My Tier 100 talent is Reckless Abandon, I mention this because I have seen conflicting views from other Fury Warriors who have applied on this forum and personally believe that Reckless Abandon is strides above the other talents in this tier as it allows a flawless opener of almost 3million dps burst. I have also ran sims and discussed with top fury warriors on this talent choice and it is by far the best one in the games current state with DoS and Convergence Of Fates..
Stat Priority:
My stat priority is . Haste to 30%, Mastery, Haste above 30% Verse ~ Crit.
Haste is crucial as a fury warrior as being able to fit more GCD into Enrage and Battlecry is core to the classes rotation. hitting that 30% haste cap allows me to fit Bloodthirst into Battlecry 100% crit buff one last time. Allowing me to enrage and gain almost 50% damage for another 5.5 seconds. Mastery increases this damage during enrage so it is important to get that up aswell for obvious reasons. Versitility is not very important as I gain much more dps from the other 2 stats, and crit is rather useless as I gain 100% crit from battlecry when it is up (with Convergence this CD is drastically reduced) and My furious slash increases crit of bloodthirst by 45% anyway so to stack crit is useless.
Artifact:
I currently have 37 traits which I can admit myself is sub par. However with 7.2 launch on Wednesday I have laid out a plan to effectively farm out my AP to get the levels I need as going from 25,000% to 100,000% is significant and I also have the rest of the week off from then as work is shut for refurb. Also My relics are not ideal, but give me a high item level. This is because Fury BiS Relics are from Elisande and Mythic Dungeons. With the change of ilvl rewards from dungeons on wednesday I will be farming +9s and 10s to get my BiS relics in 890+ form. Which will drastically increase my burst by 15%.
I acquire my knowledge of my class from Forums but mostly from streamers who play warrior. There is a small but very good streamer called Kelade who plays Fury warrior and max's dps and has +90% Parses on lots of bosses, he is currently 8/10 Mythic. I also Sim a lot to see what can be improved and where i'm going wrong when I get new pieces of gear that may change up my rotation and playstyle.

Logs:
I haven't been doing the most up to date content as such as it is hard to find successful groups who can pug NH HC. I have completed Normal a few times and know the tactics for HC, but often the group fail. I have some logs from EN so you can see what I am like when attempting content I know well. I have logs for NH Normal so you can see what i'm like in challenging content with a struggling group and how I strive to come top of that group and out do myself by focusing not just on DPS but also tactics as a number 1 priority. I also will link a NH HC group which only killed a couple bosses as the groups for pugs are always usually terrible, but it will allow you to see that even when things are not going well and we are trying to push for the kill, I can still perform well under this pressure, which is similar to that of progression.

NH Normal up to Spellblade ( Pug used strange tactic and it was not explained before hand, not an excuse though I should have adapted quicker. : https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/pz ... ne&fight=3
RAIDING HISTORY:
I've raided properly since WotlK but not hardcore until WoD as I just didn't have the time or a guild that suited my times. Now i'm older and can manage my own time I started Mythic Raiding in WoD. We killed up to M Soc in HFC but the guild did disband due to some issues with GM and officers. I then played casually and just joined a HC raiding guild who also did some mythic when they could, but it was never enough for me. I joined an IRL friends guild at the beginning of Legion but he quit and disbanded the guild very early on, causing me to have this short break again. I have always strived to find a guild who raids as much as you do. Late, a lot, but short. :) Looking at your times I would be able to have 100% attendee almost all the time and this is a great environment for me as Mythic Raiding is where my heart for this game is at.
MORE INFO:
As explained above, yes I can meet the times.
Yes I can raid sundays.
I can do both on TS.
I bring commitment, brains, lots of dps, and more than anything else; A hunger to down the progression boss and push us forward.
As mentioned before, progression raiding is a love for me, I love the push and the teamwork and commitment that it takes to down that boss, and the feeling you get after it is phenomenal.
I have heard about you guild from people in the sever, but also saw you on wowprogress as I like to keep an eye on what people in my sever are doing progression wise.
I wanted to apply because I loved your Philosophy of the wow/life balance, and think the raid times are great.
Yes I play outside of raid, I do mythic +s consistently throughout the week and weekend, I am currently +17 atm so lots of room for improvement, but love playing outside of raid none the less.
