Your Name, Age, Gender and Location:
Mike/Michal, 26, male, Wroclaw Poland
Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc)
Hi my name is Kraggie I'm looking for new internet friends.
I'm 26 yr old business owner (car workshop, fixing modern restoring old) from Wroclaw Poland. When I'm not working (and I work most of my time) I either spend time with that little wench I call my GF, play wow or enjoy 2 of my other hobbies then WoW.
First is kickboxing I train 4 times a week, monday/wednesday/friday 18:30-20:00 and saturdays 11:00-13:00 so it wont disturb my raiding.
Second is watching speedway, I might skip some of the sundays raids because of that, but that should almost never happen (maybe once a month during season or even less)
I'm a pretty chill dude, bit of a troll if you ask my friends. Not much that comes out of my mouth is serious. I joke pretty much about anything including myself so I dont mind laughing from myself aswell. I'm pretty honest, don't like talking behind ppls backs. If I dont like you I'll probably tell you straight away, if I think something is wrong I'll say it out loud. When situation needs it I stop joking, and get my serious face on. I can be calm, I can take criticism (tho if I do sth wrong, mess up my rotation fail on strat I'll probably know it already and will be on it to fix it), I can be serious, I understand that humans are humans, and that life comes first sometimes.

Describe your choice of talents and why you've chosen them:
There's not much choice for paladins with legendary cloak , I pick whichever sims higher for the fight, I always take divine intervention for progress if raid doesn't need me to take cavalier for additional mobility.
How do you prioritize your stats and why?
Everything that doesn't have mastery with the highest iLVL, rets don't have rigid stat weights, they shift constantly I can't have too litle of haste, crit or versa. They need to be properly balanced usually with help of simulationcraft. Crit sims higher on aoe so if I have a piece of gear that will get me more crit for versa I'll equip it on fights with lots of AoE and the other way around. Mostly its simulation craft tho.
What state is your Artifact in?
54 Ret
42 Holy (but I don't trust myself to heal just yet:)
Where do you acquire knowledge about your Class?

Raiding History:
Vanilla - holy cleared naxx40
TBC - PVP
Lich king - ret cleared all content
Cata - ret was clearing everything up to middle of the expansion where I had to take a break due to RL stuff
Panda - didnt play
WoD - didnt play, created this toon at the end of the expansion to play with some friends and tackle legion together, but they stopped playing
Legion - 5/7 EN M before 7.1.5 first reset after got 7/7 with my guild, moved to kazzak with few ppl got 3/10 NH M wiped on krosus 130+ times didnt kill it ><
Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
On vanilla I was going pretty hardcore, had loads of time as I was pretty young (I was in one of the best guild on Burning Legion), when I came back to raiding in Lich King played with some friends at a calm pace, slowly but surely clearing all content. When I came back to legion I started raiding pretty late, I was on Aggramar at that time, raids were pretty hard as the guild struggled with recruitment, after many failures me and 10 ppl from the guild decided to move to Kazzak in hopes of getting complete roster. That bit didn't work out as planned and we failed hard, got the wrong ppl in management they couldn't organize the guild properly and it fell apart. They moved on as a group to a different guild but I decided to not go. I've been looking for a guild since (for about a week now)
Tell us about your previous guilds and your reasons for leaving them:
I think I did that in the previous one :P
More Information:
Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes, sometimes I'll have some work related stuff that will appear suddenly out of nowhere and I wont be able to attend or will be late. Its not something I can plan for, its not something that happens often, shouldn't have any problems as raids start 9pm but I spent few all nighters at the shop already so I cant promise 100%. If anything happens that will make me not able to attend or be late I'll inform someone as soon as I know, but 90% is easy. I'm more of a close to 100% kind of guy.5
We are raiding Sundays at start of each Tier for 3-4 weeks. Are you aware of it?
Yes
Are you able to Listen and Speak on Teamspeak?
Yes
What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
I'm willing to do anything that is required of me, I can log 5% dps as long as we kill the boss. I don't care about my performance as long as we get the kill. I know how to grind something that needs to grinded. I'm stubborn. I'm calm during raids, I dont disturb the voice comms with useless chatter. I was told I have an opinion about a lot of stuff and that I'm pretty good at seeing things from an above perspective. If I think something can work I'll say it, but won't press on it because I think I'm right. I'm reasonable, also I like ppl being reasonable with me.
How do you feel about progression raiding?
I think that it's important to be pro-active about strats, taking initiative and picking up the slack where its needed is a must in my opinion, even if its not my job to do something I'll do it if it needs to be done so the whole raid can get the kill. Tactics need to be executed first, then after you have that part mastered you can think about padding the meters. The only way to know that the raid is lacking dps is to get an enrage. I don't like looking for problems where there are none, often ppl will cry about dps, when raid fails because of strats, ye if raid had better dps boss would go down faster, but it will go down if you do tactics correct as well. Sometimes the raid is not geared enough to pull nice numbers, aside from ilvl there's also gear composition and that can influence your performance as well. But even with all that everyone should still try to get the best dps/hps whatever they can get.
Where did you hear about Curse of Years and do you know anyone in the guild?
