• Your preferred raid role and any offspec.:
Laser chicken preferably. Would be willing to learn Feral, but i haven't dared touch it yet. Scary kitties.

Character Related Information...

• Pick two encounters and describe which talents and glyphs (and possibly spec) you use, and why.:
Well the only encounter i'd change talents for would be Maidens (as i haven't done HFC yet) and the only change would be Ursol's Vortex and Mass Entaglement.
Tier 1: I use Displacer beast as i find it more useful rather than the 15% movement increase, as it's easier to get out of harms way.
Tier 2: Ysera's Gift, i feel like this is the one and obvious choice as it'll not only heal me, but the raid as well. Renewal is a good "oh shit panic button" But Ysera's gift is better in a raid PoV.
Tier 3: Currently i use Typhoon, just in case i get aggro or something is punching me in the face. I do change to Mass Entaglement if it's needed on a boss.
Tier 4: Incarnation: Chosen of Elune. This choice is undeniably the best one on any fight other than pure single target ( so gruul for example.) On a fight like Gruul i'd swap to Soul of the Forest as it'd be a dps increase.
Tier 5: Ursol's Vortex, i feel like this is the best choice at the moment as it'll keep mobs in place, i do sometimes use Mighty bash for the stun if it's required.
Tier 6: Nature's Vigil: The only real choice! Healing cooldown to help the raid.
Tier 6: Euphoria. This'll be purely the best T6 talent for pure damage, however, Balance of Power can be good on a fight like the Maidens.

• How do you prioritise your stats?:
Int > Mastery > Crit > Haste > Multistrike > Versatility.
Mastery is the clear choice as it increases my Eclipse damage by X % of mastery.

• Where do you acquire information and knowledge about your class?:
MMO-Champion and Icy Veins. Did use Summonstone on my DK, but sadly they do not have a Boomie guide.

• Link to your raid logs using LINK.:
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/character/9311026/7/#
• Describe your past/current raid experience.:
Well, i've always done high end raiding. From 20% buff LK 25 HC kill, to Deathwing 25 HC, as well as the mount from it.
My biggest raiding career did end up being in MoP where i was raiding in a guild called Azuremyst Champions on my DK and we managed to coin world 192 Sha of Fear 25 HC kill, did raid with them up until Ra-Den kill in ToT where i then moved to England so i couldn't do SoO because i had to sort my life over there, when i came back in WoD they had sadly stopped raiding.
In WoD i've done 6/7 Mythic highmaul and 9/10 Mythic BRF, nothing in HFC yet as i was away on Wednesday for education on my new job.

More Information...

• Raid times: Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time? (Optional raid on Sunday).:
Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Sunday
• Teamspeak: Are you comfortable with using voice communications when necessary?:
Yes
• What qualities do you bring to a raid?:
Well, im a rather relaxed guy who only plays WoW to raid, so i'll always be there ready outside the instance with the latest enchants / gems. I do sometimes have the occasional pun jokes i throw randomly in the raid for fun. And if i'm ever late for a raid i will inform an officer as soon as humanly possible.
• Share how you feel about progression raiding.:
I love progression. Especially those very low percentage wipes, continuous wiping and then getting the kill is such a rewarding feeling and that is one of the main reasons i play WoW, to progress in high-end raiding to achieve kills that not many people will even encounter.
• What are your faults in relation to raiding?:
Reading up / watching tactic vids. Now, i do do it. But i prefer to Learn by doing. I always make sure to watch vids on new encounters, but i feel that it's better to learn by doing.
And as i've been playing my DK since Wotlk im still adjusting a bit to standing at ranged.

• Where did you hear about us? What encouraged you to apply?:
Since i've got a new job i've been trying to find a guild with a later raiding schedule, so i literally opened every single realm on WoWProgress and stumbled upon Curse of Years, all i had to do was read the raid times and i knew this was the place for me.
As well as i spoke to Viper and it seems like this could be a good home for me.

• Is there anything else you would like to say?:
I LIKE TURTLES!
Thank you so much for reading my application and i hope it'll convince you to try me out atleast.

• What do you get excited about (non WoW related)?:
New game releases, music, when i see a movie i've been waiting for finally come out in a 1080p quality on torrents :P
Fishing.
