Hello

Your Name, Age, Gender and Location:
My name is Patryk, I'm a 28 year old male, living in Poland.

Tell us a little bit about yourself (non-WoW related Interests, Hobbies etc)
I work as a manager at an award winning cafe in Wroclaw, I'm a dad to a 6months old puppy. My hobbies include escape rooms (over 100 completed!), cooking, baking and as of recently, watching anime.

Battletag:

What strengths does your class currently bring to the raid (eg; Arms warrior bringing 2 target cleave and execute or Nightfae hunters bringing AOE burst)
Elemental shaman brings great sustained single target and aoe damage as well as decent funnel. They don't suffer massively from movement due to many instant cast spells and Spiritwalker's Grace. They bring decent utility in Wind Rush and Tremor (not in CN but maybe later on). They are pretty tanky, high physical dmg reduction with a shield, Primal Elementalist Earth elly with max hp conduit, Astral Shift, Fleshcraft

How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
I'm good at resto, I heal most M+, I've healed a lot in raids in the past, not much in SL though. I do Torghast as enhancement just to switch it up, I know the basics but I see no reason to ever swap from ele to enh at the moment.

Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experience:
I started raiding in Vanilla, I've done everything except C'thun and Naxx. When TBC came out, I joined a newly formed guild, Accidentally on Burning Legion, we quickly became #1 Polish guild, we've done everything in TBC, including pre-nerf Muru, same thing in Wrath. The guild was rather hardcore, if I remember correctly there were 5 4hour raids a week. When Cata came out, I decided to leave to focus more on school, I still played WoW but less intensly. I joined a small guild, that raided 10m only, we've done many heroic but never managed to kill end of tier bosses before the next raid came out, we were often short on people and raided 6 to 9 hours a week, same story in Mists, we cleared most but not all bosses on heroic on 10man. With mythic introduced in WoD, we merged with a different guild, we've only done a few bosses on mythic in Highmaul, half in BRF and up to Mannoroth in HFC. The guild, sadly, died in Legion, during early NH. I've played casually for the rest of Legion and the whole of BFA. I missed raiding a lot and I joined a guild right before SL launched, we are 4/10 Mythic at the moment, we only raid 5 hours a week so it's going at a glacial pace.

More Information:
I've always mained a ranged dps class, it's the playstyle I enjoy the most and at which I'm best at, I like healing as well, there was a time, where my main was a healer and I often played healing offspecs.
I do like to keep a few alts at a decent power level, at the moment I have a warrior, mage and a priest.
I'd be more than willing to consider maining either mage or priest, if you feel like I'd be better for your comp, I enjoy both of those as much as I enjoy shaman. You've already completed this tier so there is more than enough time to get them ready for the next one. I'll link the logs for them as well, just in case, I've done some heroic alt raids on them and was very happy with my parses for my ilvl.

Priest: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/kilrogg/vibi
I'm currently playing on Alliance but I don't mind changing faction even if I were to fail a potential trial.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
Yes, the latest I ever finish work is 19:00. I have an understanding partner, who plays WoW casually so never minds me playing.

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
Most importantly, I feel motivated to get back into high end raiding, I am more than capable of getting that Cutting Edge :). I know I'll enjoy the game way more, playing with people with the same goal, to complete the hardest PvE content there is in the game, I'm not getting that in my current guild, sadly, which is why I decided to move on from it. I saw on wowprogress, that you were looking for ranged dps and your raid schedule suits me perfectly so I decided to give it a shot.

Do you play much outside of raiding?
Yes, I do the Maw for Stygia and Torghast for Soul Ash, I do M+ with a few of my guildmates, was hoping to time some 20s this season and I play my alts.

Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
I know my parses might not seem great but in my defense we've been raiding without a mage for that sweet int buff and our kills are often very long, excuses, I know :).
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

Sorry for the stupidly late reply, had a bunch of stuff going on not that that's an adequate excuse.

Application declined.
