What qualities do you bring to a Raid?
Highly diverse and flexible and will play what is required whilst picking it up fairly quickly and playing it a competitive level. Also my sheer will and desire to get things done.
Based on my logs, and experience I feel like I can bring something that is sought after in a potential candidate. Intelligent play, with smart choices along with providing the damage requirement. What you can see from my experience is that I understand the game, while also being open minded and knowledgeable about other classes and not just my own.
I can provide reliability in the form of attendance, and as a player. Dependability in the form of reliably performing mechanics, having full knowledge of my class and spec, and full knowledge and understanding of each boss fights & phases, as well as the raid itself.

I'm applying with Shadowlands in mind and not a concrete class or spec. I will play what you want me to play with the preference that is a melee character. Here is an in detail run down of my experience with my characters with their logs:
During Legion I played and mained a Warlock. At the start of Eternal Palace I rerolled Elemental Shaman for the guild. Due to my guilds strict private logging policy
